I ordered shirts from this company on Facebook. The shirts arrived quickly but unfortunately they did not fit. Despite advertising easy returns, this is the response I got from their customer support when I inquired about returning these items:

"We’re able to process a return for your item/items; however, please note that we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels.
As we are a UK-based company, all returns must be sent to our UK warehouse, and the estimated return shipping cost is approximately $20-$25 (varies by location and carrier).
As an alternative, we’re pleased to offer a 40% partial refund if you choose to donate the item/s locally."

Had I known about their returns process, I would not have purchased these items.

I loved their the Capri polo shirt so much, I made the mistake of ordering the T-Shirt described identically, made with the same material. As with the Capri, I ordered XL, even though I’m usually a Large, but OK, the descriptions and reviews said they run small. Unfortunately, some run 3 or more sizes smaller than others. The shirts came 2 weeks later, all 6 stuffed in a pull-string sack since they're feather-light and don’t wrinkle.
The XL barely made it past my shoulders and fit like a child's size. Their promotion states vary largely, “No-hassle returns and exchanges,” but that turned out to be false. They did not want them returned and promised a replacement "one time only" (as if it was a big favor), as long as I paid $48 for shipping, which was 1/3rd of the shirt order itself. They agreed immediately to cut the shipping in half to $24 and send me the XXL. I figured that was better than arguing and losing it all.

2-½ weeks later, I got the 2XL's, a huge size I’ve never owned or needed, but it was still much too small. Carmen in Customer Service claimed I should've checked the "size chart" located on the product page, which it's not. She said it would've warned their crew shirts run over 2 sizes smaller, which is also false.
Bottom-line, this shirt was a specifically slim-fit shirt, which they and the product page never mentioned. I repeatedly told them I judged my purchase and sizing according to their polos, so they had every chance to clarify the difference, rather than arranging to send me larger versions of a shirt that wouldn’t never fit, even at 3XL.

Sizing within the same company should be consistent or stated outright in the descriptions These two shirts' design and sizing descriptions are identical on their product pages.
After examining the page’s “Sizing” section to find the chart she mentioned, it wasn't there at all. It turns out there was a small-lettered link nested under the color choices — very hard to catch (which is why so hundreds of others complain about it as well).

We finally agreed to substitute their long-sleeve version of the polos, still inconsistently-sized but closer than the others, and I even said I’d take it as final with no further claims. Unfortunately, they insisted on charging $48 shipping with no discount this time. I also offered to ship the other shirts back at my own expense, but they declined.

I can safely assume they rely on exorbitant shipping charges for "free" replacements as a means for revenue. Bad long term strategy for most, but social media has apparently made them brave. I’m leaving the rest to my credit card company. Too bad “the customer’s always wrong.”

Clothing runs very small. If you normally wear a 2X order a 12x from this place. Clothing designed for hobbits

Poor quality shirts. So thin my chest hair pokes through than you have to pay to ship to USA. This is a scam retailer. Buyer beware

My husband order a shirt and when it got here he tried it on. Size was way off. I've tried to connect customer service numerous times to return and no response.

I love the material and when the sizing works their t shirts and polo shirts are great

But I have had around 15 shirts and around four of them are wearable because of the massive variation within a size

I’ve just received two xl shirts of identical style and one fits perfectly but the other is skin tight

To be fair they have refunded some of the money but I’d rather have confidence in their sizing

Yes, they offer returns, but YOU have to pay for shipping back to the UK.! So, it's just not worth it..

Fraudulent company. Took my order and payment. After 4 weeks product was never delivered. Only contact with company is via email. Alex and Carmen via email tell me that the items were shipped to Arizona although I live in texas. They blame me for putting in a wrong address! Lol really? Never even been to Arizona. They refuse to refund!

Just buy the shirts off Temu for $8-10. Same exact thing. This company is a total scam. Super thin material you can literally see through. Live and learn to never buy anything advertised on facebook.

Shirts are so under sized. Then you can’t return them. Do not buy these shurts

Wanted to return shirts because it seemed like the xl size was mislabled and too small. Sent several emails to customer support with no response. Zero customer support. Would not recommend

One email says the package arrived with a photo with no identifiers, no timestamp and no way to see my name and the next email says give it 2 to 3 days!

I have used tissue paper that was thicker than the material used in the shirts. To use their 30 day return option you have to pay shipping back to the UK.

I am 66 years old, and do not have the body I had 10 years ago. I saw these Breeze shirts online and read all the great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Once I got on their website, I went to their size calculator which suggested I should order XXL shirts. Realizing I am between an XL and an XXL, I decided to order two shirts XXL and one shirt XL. When they arrived, the XL fit me perfectly, but the XXLs were way to big. I immediately emailed Breeze, and they graciously offered to send me two other shirts in XL. That package arrived today, and now I have three shirts that fit me perfectly. Breeze's response to all my emails was swift and effective. Not many companies have great customer service like this these days! One note, however, if you have a very hairy chest.....those hairs are able to poke through the shirt. It's best to trim your chest with clippers, but that's our issue...not Breeze's! LOL

I had ordered the shoes before and in full transparency, while they did take a very long time to arrive, they have been pretty darn good!
I ordered the waistcoats - two of them - and found them to be extremely lacking in material quality, sizing, and advertised fit.
The ride is way too high, is cheaply made, and the cinch is halfway up my back, when it should be, oh, I don't know, at or about the waist.
In fact, they fly out halfway down, so it literally looks like a tent.
When I contacted them for a return, they stated they don't pay for returns (which only a company that knows their product is substandard would do) and then offered me a mere 30% to toss them. Thirty percent does not even come close.
I have to say, the company appears to be a front for other entities - like a China product front end with different manufacturers on the back end. That is the only explanation for the widely disparate quality issues.
Avoid the waistcoat (and WearBreeze) at all costs.

I think this company is a scam. After seeing attractive social media advertising I paid for and ordered my shirts but three weeks later they have still not arrived, and I have no tracking or delivery information. The links in the initial confirmation email stopped working. I have contacted their customer services multiple times via the contact links on their website and not had a single reply.

Was really excited to get these shirts, but when they arrived, they were not at ALL as pictured or advertised. I contacted them, and they offered no apology or explanation. Eventually, they said they refunded me, but it’s been a week now, and the refund has not showed up on my card. Totally freaking scam. Buyer beware!!!

EDIT: They did provide a full refund, so they get credit for that. But I'll certainly not be buying anything else from them.

We ordered three breeze shirts in our normal size and they did not fit correctly. We contacted Breeze and was informed they would give us a partial return of 30% or we could send them back and the estimated cost to send was approximately $20 to $25. We chose to send back. Be sure you want Breeze before ordering or if it is your first order, try using someone else to purchase instead of Breeze.

The shirt colors on the website are misleading. I ordered the sage colored shirts and received light gray. There isn’t a hint of green in these shirts and now I look like I’m joining a cult with all the gray. Customer service is horrible and their advertising is a lie.

Absolutely horrible, cheap material -- and I ordered a 3XL trying to be ultra conservative......it would appear i need a 29XL
