My order came in perfect condition and delivery was that long

Disgraceful....... I placed an order of a Top and it arrived, but need to exchange for different size, it was within the 14day period. The customer service email does not get answered at all, it has now been 2 months of me sending emails.....
They are happy to take your money when you place an order, but the success of a good company is have a good customer service ......... I will not order again

Returns process non existent. Paid 69.99 GBP tried numerous times to contact Bandit Europe and nothing. I will escalate this!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!

I have sent emails and messages, my order having been placed almost a month ago. It shows as being on the way, but I cannot track the package and the people from the website are of no help at all. A terrible experience. I don’t have much hope that I will receive my order. I think it’s a scam and I advise everyone to stay away.

Absolutely worst company ever!!!

Ordered a jacket for my son, over 2 weeks later we haven’t received anything. I chased over emails but didn’t get any reply, then all of a sudden I receive an email to say my order has been cancelled at my request!!!

Complete joke of a company, very quick to take the order but haven’t got any items to fulfil the orders. Still waiting for my refund.

My son ordered an item costing £60. When it arrived it didn’t fit him properly so he wanted to return it. The company provides no return instructions and ignores all emails to its “customer support” email address. Reported to trading standards and looking to get money back through my bank. Terrible company, avoid.

Placed a order 19 days ago, still not received even though the website says 4 - 5 working days and they are ignoring all my emails.

Ordered tracksuit my sons 16th birthday, got an email 2 weeks later refunded and cancelled at my request which I never made and never got refund had to open dispute with my credit card company they also never reply and mobile doesn't work

had a very disappointing experience with this company. They canceled my order themselves, but promised a refund would follow. It's been quite some time now, and I’m still waiting for my son's money back. Every time I try to get in touch with customer service, I get no responses. I would not trust this company again for any future purchases. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid at all costs!

As always, this formula gets me through those early mornings where you need that focus + energy and that added "Ummph" to get yourself to the gym. I did experience some clumping issues on this occassion but after making contact with the brand, this was swiftly addressed and rectified in a timely matter. Excellent product! Great customer service.

Brilliant, great quality ingredients, tastes amazingly, really tastes like a normal drink.
Dissolves great, couldn't see any particles.

Shipping was as expected, and the shaker bottle is great, but the pre workout powder I bought is slightly damp and so it was clumped together in the tub, when mixed there’s no difference it just makes it hard to scoop out of the tub

Best pre workout out there!! I took BANDIT for the first time two days ago & I'm SO impressed. I was never a fan of preworkout and I didn't really think it would make any difference. But it did! And it's worth the money, it's not like the cheap ones at all. My lifts were SO much better, I felt like I could train longer & harder. I'm defo going to be buying more!

I wanted to take a couple of weeks to try the pre out before reviewing. After using it for a good number of sessions I honestly have never had a feeling quite like it. It’s almost euphoric how dialled in you feel into the sessions and so much energy with no crash. The pump in the gym is pretty good too but this products strong point is definitely the energy / focus. The flavours are great and the scoops mix really well. The only thing is that it can be a little peppery on the tongue sometimes due to the high bioperine dosage - still a 5* product regardless

I ordered the product and it arrived swiftly and in great condition.

The packing and branding is so clean and on point, it's the kind of tub you almost want on display rather than tucked away in a cupboard, I got the Blue Raspberry' flavour and it tasted incredible! Not only that but the product works brilliantly, I had a real buzz and had a great workout.

It's so nice to find a pre-workout that actually taste good and does what you want it to as well.

Really great service! I was so excited to try this product when I first saw it come onto the market. I can only speak for Sour Cherry as it's the only flavour I've tried (so far) but it was so nice and definitely exceeded my expectations! I felt super focused during my workout without having any jitters, and I was able to push past my limit. I'm excited to continue using this product as part of my supplement routine! The packaging is really cool too.
