One of the items I wanted was out of stock even though it was available to order. The team at Bound were fantastic in delivering the items which were available, keeping me up to date on stock for the other item and sending out promptly once restocked. You can’t ask for better customer care from a small outfit like Bound - awesome garms and service to match.

Order arrived quickly, unfortunately I returned the item as it didn’t fit and when chasing for an update on the refund process Jack responded super quick to let me know the progress. Will 100% buy products again.

I happened ‘ across Bound through Social media and was immediately impressed by the quality of material ..
I immediately ordered up an Alpaca cardigan and cord trousers ..sadly I ordered to my old’ weight and when they arrived I wasn’t disappointed with the quality of the garments but they were too big.
I immediately went back into the web page and organised returns .. this process was easy to follow and within 2 days Jack contacted me, explaining that post. Christmas had been busy and the returns would take a couple of days to organise .. I decided to exchange the cardigan and take a credit note for the cords ..as promised the cardigan arrived and is superb and I recieved the email with my credit note ..
I will continue to purchase from Bound as the product quality is amazing with a really edgy ‘leftfield ‘ design..

The quality of clothes is really good for the price, especially knitwear.
What I like the most is their relax cut which fits perfectly and doesn’t look like neglected.
I’ve ordered a good amount of clothes and had to send back a jacket. The customer service has been helpful and understanding.

I think the clothes are very good. That’s the reason I keep ordering again despite the process being quite challenging.
Email responses sometimes take several weeks, and when I do get a reply, parts of my questions or comments are repeatedly ignored. This means I have to wait several more weeks for another response.
Some of the emails I have sent have simply not been answered, and in some cases I have had to send multiple reminder emails.
I would gladly recommend Bound based on the clothes and their quality, but the risk is that if something needs to be exchanged or refunded, it can take several months. Having to follow up repeatedly and ask the same questions several times is extremely frustrating and feels quite disrespectful toward customers who spend a lot of money in your store.
I've made several orders with Bound because their clothes are great. The problem is whenever I've had to return anything I've had to follow up to get it processed (that's three returns, three follow-ups). The first two I managed to get the refund though it takes a long time. The last time they stopped replying to me. Two months after shipping the return, I had still not received any refund (admittedly I was shipping from the US so I understood there would be a slightly longer processing time, but two months is unreasonable). I made a chargeback on my credit card — this prompted them to reach out. They asked if I would close the chargeback and they would refund the order saying as a 'small independent business' (they love this phrase, and it's their excuse for everything when things go wrong) a chargeback would look bad for them. As a gesture of goodwill I cancelled the chargeback. One month, later I've still had nothing and they aren't replying to me. I do think they mean well, but their system just isn't built for returns/refunds. I've now reopened the chargeback. I fear their 'small independent business' may be 'bound' to remain just that if they can't sort this lol.
Just received my Rye Green Wool Cardigan. Delighted with the quality, unusual knit pattern, nice generous pockets and high quality buttons. I had to swap the medium for a small as they seem to come up on the large size/meant to be over-sized. Really happy.

Not a great experience. Had to threaten legal action to obtain a refund. Note that they have internal policy of exchange or store credit only on sale items. This is not mentioned on all sale items and I'd point out as many others have on here that a policy of “store credit only” does not override statutory consumer rights for distance (online) purchases under UK law.
Not a good returns experience - not able to return sale items so ordered another product as an exchange. However, never received any email to confirm that I'd even ordered this replacement item and multiple delays in it being sent, having to chase for updates even though they'd taken the money from my account for the replacement right away. Their CS team responded with same email multiple times, extending the delay period and leaning into their "small business" justification. No proactive communication about delays and you're just left guessing.
I’ve bought quite a few things from bound now and loved every single piece. The quality is very good and pieces are unique. I would definitely recommend.
