I've been using Dame pads for quite some time now and I've never regretted buying them. They are softer and don't rip off by the end of the day (which was a big problem with Always pads before). They are definitely pricier in the short term, but honestly, if you can afford it, it's worth it. And long term makes sense financially as well.

My first order arrived a few days ago and I am so impressed with the quality of these products. Comfort and design are both 10/10. The pads are very well made and much more comfortable (less bulky) than disposables, and less messy than period underwear. The tampons have no scent at all and cause no irritation, and the applicator is very comfortable to use. Highly recommended, will be continuing my subscription and ordering more pads.

The pads took a long time to arrive, however I was updated throughout the wait. I really wanted to like the pads but found them uncomfortable because I could feel the metal poppers as the pad is thin. Furthermore they don't seem to actually keep the pad in place. I don't think these pads are for people with heavy periods, my bamboo cloth reusable are much more secure and reliable. They are not worth over £30 at all. Sorry DAME, I really wanted to love the pads.

The pads took 3 months to arrive. The material is nice but they don't stay in place so are not really usable.

Was not happy with the pads they leaked on first day the disposables do a better job. Not worth £34.99

Dame had an issue with their stock during covid times and weren’t able to deliver as they wanted to. I thought they did a splendid job at keeping me informed, and the products that arrived have been top notch. They were concerned about their customers and I’ve just received an email voucher to ‘compensate’ me for my inconvenience, what a great company! I have purchased the pads, liners and the reusable applicator, all of which are great quality and wash well. If you want to make a move towards saving the planet, this is an excellent step!

I had high hopes and really wanted to love the pads but they just don’t work. If you move around even just to make a cup of tea the slip back and your not protected. I brought them hoping they would do on spotting days when the moon cup seems like over kill but I would be so nervous wearing them anywhere other than home for fear of an accident. I love what the company is trying to do but I wouldn’t believe the hype.

The reusable pads took 3 months from order to arrival. I've been using the reusable pads for one day and will have to go back to the drawing board and find an alternative reusable sanitary product. Although they are really comfortable, they don't perform their primary function. After 45 minutes (!!!) the biggest 'night time' pad had leaked through my underwear and through my jeans. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Best applicator and tampons I’ve used, wouldn’t use anything else now! Also a great way to reduce your individual plastic waste.

I love the company and what they are trying to do, and I had high hopes for the reusable pads. I am so disappointed with my experience, I am probably going back to my usual disposable pads - and I hate to say that.
Firstly, the pads DO NOT stay in place, they move around and thus I was not protected and ended up ruining my underwear.
Secondly, they leak as there is no waterproof element underneath. Everything soaked straight through to my underwear and my jeans.
Thirdly, 3 in a set is a bit stingy as you need at least 6 or 7 if you don’t want to be constantly soaking and rinsing them.
Finally, I found the smell of blood after I had soaked and rinsed them was really unpleasant. It put me off as they didn’t feel clean to re use again. As I only had 3 I didn’t have the luxury of machine washing them in between uses so I had to wait until the end of my period 6 days later to wash them.
Such a shame, not for me.

I ordered the pad set in March and it had still not arrived in June. The customer service team were quick to respond and very polite in emails to chase, but unfortunately gave the same response each time that the pads had arrived in the warehouse and would be sent out in 2 weeks. They were never sent and I wasn't confident they ever would be, so I cancelled my order and they refunded me the same day. I really wanted to try these out and then order more, so very disappointed. The company is still allowing people to order online with only a note to say deliveries will be up to 6 weeks, which I think is unfair if they know deliveries are taking months and months.

Not only has every one of my orders arrived on time and perfect, but I've also even messaged them before and they got straight back to me.
I can't recommend them enough.

I have yet to receive my order? I ordered mine months ago after seeing advertisements. Unfortunately, I received an update telling me that they will be shipped within the week, then a following email a week later saying that they will be shipped in another two weeks? The customer service website actively tells you not to get in touch unless you would like to altogether cancel your order. Very poor service, please don’t order.

Ordered mine in February, it’s now the middle of May and I still haven’t received. They are not answering my inquiries. Poor customer service

Unfortunately I have to add a negative review.
Please spare yourself frustration and do not order, because they do not ship the orders. I made my purchase on 20th of Feb and got one update that they will ship the backlog of orders in May. I understand that there is pandemic going on, but they are so strong on advertising that you could believe they are doing great. After I gave in and odered some pads none of my messages have been answered and I am still waiting for my package. The company might be great but should never make the customer feel like a fool.

The tampon side of their products are good (though I usually buy them in Waitrose - I don't get on well with subscriptions!). Highly recommend the reusable applicator and tampons. If the other reviews put you off buying through the website, just look up stockists and pick an in-person retailer.

The pads - I knew when I bought them that there was going to be a wait but the delay kept being extended and extended. If you decide to try them, the site currently says '6 weeks'. Don't believe it. So far, I've done a wear-test but not a use-test so I can't speak to the absorbency yet but I found the liner and regular pad shifted backwards during wear so I won't be using them again. The 'night' pad was secure and really comfortable so I'll give that a proper test soon!

I ordered from Dame just before Christmas, however the combination of Covid-19 and Christmas meant my order was delayed / held up at Royal Mail's sorting office for quite some time! Four months later, Dame received my order back to their warehouse. They let me know straight away, and have resent the order to me.

Ordered from them in December still not received my order 4 months later!! Awful. I never got my order so can't comment on the product itself. No emails to explain what's going on. Asked nicely about it on social media and my comment was ignored and deleted. I saw other people commenting saying their comments have also been deleted. AWFUL way to run a business!!! Silencing and ignoring your customers when they're politely asking when orders they've paid for 4+ months ago is really not acceptable. Admit your mistakes and be clear with communication about how problems will be resolved.
