I use the collagen and the pro metabolic and its a game changer for me, they both taste great, i usually take together in one glass and they are very fruity, i stopped taking for few days and the difference in how i felt was noticeable straight away so cannot be without them. I recently had an issue with one of the products - it didn’t smell like the product usually does. I contacted Feel and it was dealt with immediately. They gave a returns label so they could investigate and replaced my product. Excellent customer service from Amy and I absolutely love the product. (I use collagen powder.)

I have arthritis and my joints feel like wet sand in your shoes. Very sharp and gritty. I've been on pain meds for over 14 years and they just don't work. Thought I would try this a a last resort. Well I'm 2 weeks in and so much is improving. My ankles don't hurt anymore, my knees are a little better so hopefully the rest of my body will benefit soon. I haven't woken up in the night in pain for 2 nights. I can highly recommend this product. Just give it a try x

I had trouble reaching out by email no one answered but when i reached out on instagram Anfel was of great help and I appreciate her support. One feedback here is just mention where people can reach you because no number to call no one answering the emails as well I lost hope but then i reached out on socials and you guys answered and my issue was solved within minutes.

Update - since placing a review I have been contacted by the Head of customer service and offered a full refund. I appreciate my complaint being heard and someone with a concerning and empathiatic view has reviewed my situation. I appreciate feel getting back to me and addressing the concern although it took a poor review. Thank you.
I ordered the pro metabolic on subscription and I tried the product for 5 days and have terrible swelling to my lower abdomen (which can be a side effect and totally understand) but also terrible heartburn/acid reflux. I contacted the team in which I was told firstly that my query would be sent to the refund/return team to only get a reply which was showed no empathy and that I must book a GP appointment and ger proof of my symptoms for anything to be done. Nothing can be offered in terms of a refund or return. The customer service is terribly poor and disgusting...I mean who has time to contact their GP and to provide evidence in which I'm sure my GP will say discontinue use ASAP and that would be all! Just disgusted...just another heartless company out to make money.

I emailed Customer Service yesterday concerning an issue with my order. Within hours I received an email from Nicole. She understood my concern and resolved it immediately.
I have been taking the Menopause tablets for 3 years and they have been a game changer for me. Recently I felt I was ready to stop them. I tapered down to 1 tablet a day a couple of weeks ago but I have noticed some of my symptoms unfortunately returning.
I have just started my 3rd month of Pro Biotic and I am noticing my hunger pangs lessen as well as my craving for night time snacks.
The products are outstanding and the customer care is truly next level. Nicole has been incredibly understanding and efficient with my current issue, just as Amy was equally caring and helpful with a previous matter.
It's rare to find such consistent excellence!
