Feel is a fantastic supplement

Feel is a fantastic supplement which is nice to use and the subscription aspect of the product is also really easy. I've been using for about a year and I think it's doing that it's supposed to. Would recommend!

Brilliant Customer Service

I'm really excited to embark on this journey with Feel. I have subscribed to Pro Metabolic. I have already reached out to ask some questions. I didn't even expect a reply the same evening, but had a response from Felicia, who was extremely helpful. Hopefully, this will be a sign of things to come. I have already regained my confidence at the gym, but feel that Pro Metabolic will help me keep the the food noise in check, especially now I'm getting older. I really like that Feel is plastic free & vegan certified as well. Thanks for your help Felicia.

Sorted by CS Manager, with many thanks

I hope you will bring in a reminder system for your customers.

The product itself whilst an innovative alternative to GLP1 is quite unpleasant to drink but the latest box is just not joining the other 2 unused.

Excellent products

Excellent products, great quality packaging and always arrive quickly. I have subscribed so the points earned allow me to get free gifts and try new products. Very happy with the service and my symptoms have definitely improved!

Poor Customer Service!

I am trying to speak to customer services with regards to a subscription I didn’t agree to and an incurred fee as a result. Have tried emailing and the online chat service and still no response!

Good product

Have been using feel for a few months. Tastes great, so drinking more water! Hair and skin look better and brighter. Have more energy. Nails sadly still weak.

Great customer service

Spoke to Jonathan about an email I hadn't received. he was extremely helpful. Responsive, polite and prompt. This is completely in line with other interations I have had with the company. Highly recommend.

I have been taking Feel pro metabolic…

I have been taking Feel pro metabolic supplement for all most a month. It has a lovely taste, best described as weak summer fruits cordial! I have not noticed any weight loss as yet but hopeful that will happen . The customer service I received from Anfel has been first class ! I’ve had all my questions answered swiftly . I’m looking forward to continuing mt Feel journey !

Costumer service is brilliant

Costumer service is brilliant. Products are brilliant.
I take type 1 and 2 collagen and multivitamins.

The difference in my joints, skin and energy level after a couple of weeks is huge. Highly recommend.

Quick response to customer queries

In terms of customer service, I emailed them with a question (you can just reply to their marketing emails, which is a massive plus compared to the companies with "no-reply" emails) and got an answer within the hour. Amy responded and was helpful to my query that helped me know if the product on offer was suitable for my situation or not.

While they are on the pricey side, their products do seem to cover a lot of different health concerns. Their Type 2 collagen power (mango and vanilla flavour) tasted good. Personally, I haven't found my health drastically improving, but I am not good at sticking to the routines (or I seem to change skincare/haircare around the same time I switch supplements so it's never a fair test lol). I have not experienced any downsides to their supplements.

One downside is that I cannot physically pull apart their packaging, so it is impossible to recycle even though the website says that you can recycle it.

Helpful Customer services

Be careful if you order 1 off products to try because it could become a subscription and take money from your bank account. This happened to me because I didn't log onto the portal to check my account because I didn't think it had turned into a subscription. Once I realised what had happened I contacted customer services and 1st thing this morning Amy from customer services telephoned me to explain the confusion, she was very helpful and offered a full refund and discount off my next order.

Good product, great customer service

I had some minor confusion re the delivery of my second month's supply of Feel's Pro Collagen supplement and the customer service couldn't have been more helpful (thanks, Amy!). By the way, it was my mistake, not theirs. As well as great customer service, I really like the product. I ordered pineapple/grapefruit flavour and it's actually very pleasant. Am still reserving judgement re the wrinkles until I am a couple of months in, but all in all, I have not been disappointed with this product.

Thought I’d bought a one off product…

Thought I’d bought a one off product and had purposely not chosen a subscription package. Turns out I was placed on a subscription anyway. Never received an email to say oh by the way there’s an order coming up. Received an email whilst asleep at 5am saying an order was being placed, and then another email at 6:20am to say that the order was on its way. I didn’t even have a registered account so had to register in order to cancel. Really really disappointed in this company and the underhand tactics it employs to get your money. Avoid.

On the subscription, at checkout customers choose either a one-time purchase or a Subscribe and Save option along with their preferred delivery frequency. We're unable to make changes from our side once an order is placed, however we do send follow-up emails after purchase inviting customers to activate their account so they can manage their subscription at any time. We'd never want anyone to feel misled and we're sorry this experience left that impression.
