Wrong size

Ordered various items, one was sent in the wrong size. Have sent 4 emails with no response, really disappointing service,

Escalated through PayPal…

Bought a blazer which was nice but too long, returned the item the next day and it was signed for as received the following day.
3 months later, and multiple emails I still am yet to recieve my refund. I have had to escalate it through PayPal.

I would give this review NO stars if I…

I would give this review NO stars if I could! Bought 3 items in December which were amazing quality BUT didn’t fit. I returned them as per the returns policy on their website! Over a month later, despite emails and social media messages, I had heard nothing! It was only when I lodged a despite on PayPal that they decided to give me my money back! Disgraceful customer service!

Gutted :(

I ordered my DREAM tracksuit from this website. I was massively impressed with the quality and the feel. The outfit made me feel amazing.
However, when I washed the tracksuit following the instructions to a T, I was disappointed to learn that it had washed TERRIBLY. The tracksuit looks 5 years old - it's been worn twice and washed once.
I emailed the company to explain what had happened, they offered me store credit and told me I needed to pay to send the tracksuit back to them before this could be actioned.
The tracksuit was £140 - IN THE SALE.

Came with label removed
The pants arrived and the rubber tag with the company name removed and the thread hanging loose. Emailed the company to tell them and all they said was the tag was removed, messaged back to say what can you do about this - they just said to return the pants. Took around a week from them receiving the pants for me to receive the refund. They also took the original delivery fee out of my refund which to say they sent me a faulty item isn't great! Still waiting for my refund for posting back to them which they promised me. Won't be buying again as you can get better quality cheaper products elsewhere.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I have been emailing since the 23rd March about my order which I received on the 23rd and received zero response via customer service, not even an auto response that they’ll respond within xx days or their busy at present.

I dm’d them on their social media on the 25th March and received a reply saying customer service will get back to me within 24hrs and as to yet….nothing.

I’m at a loss as to how to get a reply from them. This is very frustrating and not a good start for a company who’s in its infancy and who has such a high profile owner.
