The programme was inspired by the RFU’s Activate programme and research from the University of Bath showing that structured movement training can reduce concussion risk by up to 59%. ForceField takes those findings further, creating a programme that’s easy to follow, needs no equipment, and fits into any routine—just 20 minutes, three times a week. Our three-part system—Ignite (warm-up), Fortify (core strength and control), and Recover (mobility and flexibility)—is designed for young athletes, schools, clubs, and parents looking for real, practical ways to protect players from injury. Every move is demonstrated by real young rugby players, making it relatable, approachable, and motivating. We’re here to support safer sport, not replace existing training. Big tick from us

My boys love this, not only for the safety angle of knowing their body is built better for contact but also because it's made them better players. They're faster, more agile and can dodge and weave much better than before. Would seriously recommend to anyone who plays rugby.

As a coach of an U14s team

As a coach of an U14s team, we have built in the principles and movements of the Forcefield programme into our training for the last 2 years. As a result we have not only seen the players growing stronger, and with more control, but we’ve also seen that our number of injuries have reduced.
I would thoroughly recommend Forcefield to anyone as an addition to their training programme.

Important building block for young players

As one of the mini & juniors coaches at Sutton Coldfield Rugby Club I would thoroughly endorse the Forcefield Training - we have been integrating forcefield training into our u12s team training, flexibility with strength is a really important building block for our young players making them not only fitter on the pitch but also more resilient to injury. Brilliant

Brilliant, my movement has greatly improved. I have recieved fewer injuries ever since I have started this fantastic program. I feel as if I have improved on and off the rugby pitch. Many of my mates also agree and love it.

Forcefields brilliant program

Really great exercise, notice in my flexibility going up along with my team. We have also noticed a lot less injury’s during games and a highly noticeable improvement overall on the pitch. Breathing exercises are great and allow us to stay calm and regain focus on the pitch and in training. Highly recommend forcefield to teams who are serious about making a change for the better in there games

Excellent Experiences

Throughout many great sessions with Weareforcefield, me and my teammates have become a lot better at not only rugby but other sports too. It has helped me to be able to calm down, stretch, and most importantly, prevent injuries. Thank you very much

Forcefields excellent program

Forcefields excellent program has helped me and my teammates on the rugby pitch so much. The breathing exercises have allowed me to stay calm and collected in stressful times on the pitch. Our coach and my parents have noticed a huge improvement in mine and the team’s performance- with fewer injuries and better movement on the pitch. Win-win

I've been doing ForceField for the last 2 seasons and honestly it's made a huge difference. I feel stronger in tackles, quicker on my feet, and my flexibility has improved loads which I never thought would matter but it actually does! We haven't had any major injuries this season and our coach says we move better and recover faster. If you are a player it helps you play better. If you are a parent it helps you stress less. Win-win.
