My order was lost. After I reported it, they searched for it immediately and the employee(s) went to great lengths to find it! Unfortunately, the package did not turn up, but I got my money back without any problems, as the wool was no longer available. Great team with a lot of passion! Thank you again for the great support!
I have loved the wool and the excellent instructions for many years and knit almost everything with these products.

How can WAK ask for review when I have not even been able to place my order? I have contacted customer service and must wait up to 48 ‘working hours’ for their reply. I’m very disappointed!

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a kit at the beginning of October and it is January and I have received nothing! The customer service is no help at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Sorry to leave a lower rating, always top quality and fantastic patterns. However, customer service needs to improve. I made an order on Dec 26 which shows as not processed after almost 2 weeks. Promised shipment time was 5-6 days. I placed another order days later which is already on its way. I've been trying to contact customer service for almost a week now, no answer at all... not per chat, or per email. Thank you for looking into this. Order 562257

I have ordered 2 pieces online on the 12th of December as a Christmas present.
With everyday that passed without any delivery status update, I got a little bit more anxious, as I NEEDED to receive the parcel before 24th of December.
After no update what so ever I contacted the customer support on 22nd of December.
I was only then told, that they didn’t have the required color of yarn on stock and won’t receive it any time soon.
Now it’s the 3rd of January and I still haven’t received the pieces and will probably wait another week.
So without doing ANYTHING wrong the parts will take at least 18 days instead of the advertised 3-4 days and the Person that gets the pieces still hasn’t received her Christmas gift.
The worst thing about this is that I had to contact “WeAreKnitters” proactively, otherwise I probably still wouldn’t know that they can’t ship my order, as they’re out of stock…
As already mentioned above… the worst shopping experience ever.

I ordered 3 kits as gifts. There were 3 sets of knitting needles and all the wool, but only one set of sewing needles, label and instruction sheet. This was all crammed in on box, so not divided nicely for gifts. they now won't respond for my request for the sewing needles.

What a terrible experience ordering from you. No response whatsoever to my questions. The amounts you charge are not insignificant, so customer service should be better. In addition, your website is completely inadequate. This will therefore be the first but probably also the last time I buy from you. I purchased a knitting kit with your promise that the accompanying pattern would be sent digitally by email... But that didn't happen, and I can't reach you.

Finally got my pattern with the help of Candelaria. I’m not sure what the problem was but once I got a new help desk person/bot(?) I received what I’d been waiting on for almost 2 weeks. As I posted before, I’ve never had an issue with WAK that wasn’t remedied almost immediately. This was the first time I’d run into an issue that seemed to be very difficult for the online help desk to deal with. I’m fairly certain that it’s an issue of not having a human address it. A human would have understood and likely remedied the issue immediately. Hopefully this was just a one off.

Very very difficult to reach anyone. Got no responses to e-mails at the beginning when I was offered a "discount code" which I never received. And very difficult to reach someone when my order was "holding for shipment in Florida" according to the tracking two days before Christmas

It did not tell me the order was coming in two separate packages, so when only half of my order arrived, and I contacted them, there was some confusion, the rest of my order arrived three days later, but I am still missing the large buttons for my sweater. The customer service is nice enough, but it is via email and sometimes there is a delay, or a bit difficult to follow. I’m hoping the buttons show up soon. Overall, the product looks nice and I will probably purchase again, but there are some small nuances that need cleaned up.

Placed an order on November 30 with standard shipping (3-8 days), as this was meant to be a Christmas present. On December 22 (22 days later), they contacted me to let me know an item was out of stock, and asking how I'd like to proceed. Obviously it was too late for this to be a Christmas present, and was very disappointed they didn't inform me of the issue earlier, at least within the initial shipping window. Canceled the entire order and requested a refund. So far, I've received a confirmation that the order has been cancelled but not yet refunded, and to expect a separate email confirming the refund. I haven't received that email yet.

Great company and great prices for a great product! Their kits are priced reasonably and if you email them you will be sure to get a response the next day! Just be aware of paying for tariffs!!
