I love some of the yarn but a ton of items are out of stock and when I asked about one I wanted I was just told it would be a long time. I ordered several days ago and the order hasn’t shipped. The patterns I bought were hard to understand and honestly not worth it, I ended up going to ravelry to buy similar patterns I could understand.

I ordered a mystery order and just received my package. When I opened it I was very surprised to see that I only received 1 skein of yarn when the pattern says I should have 6. So I paid $90 for 1 skein of yarn and a pattern. Not happy. I have reached out but not heard back yet.

I had trouble opening the attached patterns and I sent them an email, they answered 30 minutes late with the right link! I have always had a great service from WAK!

The team at We Are Knitters we’re friendly and dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t fault their customer service.

The return was quick and easy! I am disappointed with the kit I received. It said for Beginners, however the super thin fuzzy yarn is not easy to work with. I should have read the reviews because several mention this. When I could not use it, WAK was very nice about taking it back (I had to pay for shipping) and the process was easy and fast. I will try another kit soon.

I placed my order on 12/1 - they took my money from my bank account but they still have not shipped my order - and aren't responding to my emails. I have now emailed them 7 times

There was an omission in one of my order….the situation was corrected very rapidly!

If I could I would give zero stars. I placed an order in the US website on Nov/28/2025. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It’s Dec/10/2025 and the order still hasn’t shipped. Their website notes 3-8 days shipping delivery for US standard shipping. What a joke. WAK is ignoring my emails. Awful. Yet! They keep sending a deluge of marketing emails. Awful, just awful.

It’s Dec/13/2025, I got a reply from WAK on Dec/11, had a back and forth with them, pleaded for my order to be processed. And now they’ve dropped the ball again. My order still has not been processed for shipping. You need to put accurate disclaimers on your website of 1 month to process order, then 3-8 days for shipping.

The WAK marketing email I got today had the subject line, “Final hours for Xmas Shipping.” What a joke. Do they mean 2026 Christmas?!

Great yarn, funky patterns and awesome customer service!

I ordered the kit for a sweater and the wool for one color was unfortunately the wrong one (it was a little thicker than the other color), so I wrote to the customer service. They wrote back the next business day, sent me the correct wool and let me keep the thicker one as an apology gift. 💛 Very friendly, fast and professional, thank you very much! I will order again 🙏🏼

I received what appeared to be an internal email, when I tried to make someone aware, I received a list of articles that had nothing to do with the situation.

Everything was fine but the patterns won’t print for me and how do you separate the English directions from 56 pages of foreign directions

Ordered a kit on 22/11 but heard nothing. No response to my email on 6/12 asking for order status. I did get a response via their live chat on 8/12 stating the item was not in stock but they claim to have informed me on the 24/11. Nothing from them in my inbox or junk folder. So im now chasing a refund via paypal. Give the impression of being a uk based firm but the ship from spain. My advice would be to avoid and find a uk-based supplier.

I ordered two kits from We Are Knitters. I hadn’t had any updates about delivery after two weeks so I tried to talk to their chatbot which confirmed that my order wasn’t shipped. I’ve now been waiting two days for a response from a human about whether my order will ever be sent. I’ll be escalating this to my credit card provider for a refund at this rate.

I received a timely, courteous reply to my question. Knitters are some of the nicest people I know!!! Eager to be in a new community.

My package did not arrive at destination.
Every day the courier says it will deliver it, but it never happens.
I ordered the wools to prepare christmas gift but how if they never deliver the package?

I did not receive my kit and I reached out yesterday asking for information but have not heard anything. This has never napped before.
You have my money but all it said was that the order was not fulfilled. No explanation
