I had a great experience with Marmion. It was my first time going through the interviewing process so I wasn't too sure what to expect, but Lewis and Matt were so helpful at every stage which gave me confidence. They really took the time to understand how to best prepare me for my interviews, and give me the support along the way. I now have the job and couldn't recommend them highly enough!

A refreshing and personable approach to recruitment
I had applied for a position through Indeed for a Learning & Development role. Matt got in touch with me to arrange a candidate interview with himself before the application was sent to the client. On our interview, Matt spent a lot of time gaining an understanding of my experience in relation to the role I was applying for, and making sure I had relevant skills to be put forward for the role. Matt was really encouraging about my experience and knowledge, when I've always really struggled to sell myself on a CV! Matt also took notice of my availability and would contact me at these times. I did get an interview and Matt played a pivotal role ensuring it met with my comittments. He gave an extensive background on the role and why it had become available, a great overview of the organisation prior to my interview. I felt fully prepared and knew what to expect.
Matt was the first person I spoke with after the interview and he really took an interest in how it went, and despite it being the bank holiday week he kept me updated as the week wore on while he worked to get updates from the client.
I didn't get the job, but I was given really in depth feedback which I know I will take away and put to good use. You can't win at everything, but it's always good to know why! And for once I didn't feel deflated after getting a rejection!
I have dealt with many recruitment agencies in my time and Marmion were so personable and comitted to matching candidates up to that perfect job! I never felt like a number, or just a CV! Thank you for keeping my hopes up Marmion, I would highly recommend your services.

I understand that you weren’t offered the role with Strive, although I know it was a very close call. So, when I came into the office this morning and read your lovely review on Trustpilot, not only did you make me smile but I wanted to reach out to personally thank you for taking the time to write.
Receiving such positive feedback from candidates who haven’t been offered the role is always very special. We are also disappointed for them and feel their disappointment, but as you described it’s not always meant to be. Lewis is the best, he helped me find new employment at a fantastic company and was exactly what I was looking for.

Best recruitment experience is my 20 years of hiring in tech!
Of the 20 years I have been hiring in tech companies I have never been more impressed than in my recent dealings with Marmion! We had several crucial roles across our customer success, technical support and sales teams that we had to get right and get right quickly. Not only are we delighted with our new hires but what really impressed us was the quality of any candidate put forward due to their rigorous screening which meant we ended up eliminating our previous 1st stage interviews – saving us a lot of time! We especially appreciated how they came to spend time with us in the office to get a real sense of our culture and really cared about making sure we found the perfect match… again and again!
