Doesn't respond to e-mails for over a month
I have not received a part of my Dota store order, the first part got sent in a week, the last item got stuck as Confirmed.
I checked the status 6 months later and it is still in the same state.
I have written a query in response to the order status update, and after couple days got brushed off to another customerservice team.
After sending e-mail an instant reply pops up saying "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."
What a joke.
These incompetent baboons left me on an automated reply for over a month, and I've sent reminders thrice.
I've been clearly brushed off, it's clearly not a way a customer service team should behave.
