Poor product accuracy and zero customer service
I ordered a specific pencil case and intentionally paid a higher price here than on other websites because I wanted the exact design and picture shown in the listing. Instead, I received a completely different item—one that I could have bought much cheaper elsewhere.
I contacted customer service to tell about mistake first, second was request a return, but I have received no response. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
