I bought a scrubbing brush with replaceable head and it's just wonderful. What a lovely shop!

The review I wrote on Saturday was in frustration because I thought earlier that if I just typed in ROOTSTOCK I would get your website. Untrue! There is nothing giving opening times on the website when I just typed in ROOTSTOCK. However, I found later what opening times were when I typed in ‘wearerootstock’ for the website name! I think you could make it clearer by judicious use of typography what is your correct website name. I had NO IDEA that the correct address for the website had ‘we are’ in front of the website name of Rootstock. There seems also no way of writing to you apart from putting in a review which gets published. I am sorry for the mix up as I love the shop and would not like bad reviews published. Please tidy up your website address.

I have ordered from Rootstock a couple of times now and have also visited their lovely little shop as well. They have such a great ethos and help to reduce the amount of wasted packaging we use day to day with quality refills and products. The team are so friendly & helpful when asking about quantities they recommend. It’s also been really useful to use their local delivery service too. I can’t recommend this growing, local company enough!
