Customer service via whatsapp has been nothing short of sensational.
Ordered a gym set in the sale for my friend as a birthday present, it was unfortunately too small. Customer service have been so so helpful in helping me come up with different solutions as i had thrown the packaging away & was a few days over the 30 day return period.
Let alone the items themselves being great quality!
In a world where items are becoming more expensive and the customer experience worse this was such a refreshing interaction with such a helpful brand - i will shout from the rooftops about this brand!

Clothing quality is so good and the customer service are very quick and efficient. Jodie helped me with an issue on my order on WhatsApp and my issue was resolved within 15 minutes. Brilliant customer service !

Absolutely love the tops love the material but after one use, I was extremely disappointed on how bubbly it has gone. It’s not a top I would wear again now.

I had a great experience as my parcel was lost but David was very quick and helpful. He sent out a replacement package immediately and helped me pick out a different colour as the items I had originally ordered was out of stock. Thank you, will definitely shop here again!

I visited the Westfield store last Friday to purchase another set and was helped by the wonderful Amie, who also assisted me on my last visit. She is always so helpful and makes the experience outstanding.

I also went to Tala in Selfridges, but unfortunately there was no one available to help, which was disappointing.

I had an amazing experience. I dm’d the instagram thinking my issue was an lost cause and to my surprise I had a quick and proactive response that actually felt like I was talking to someone who cared about my issue instead of a robot. I’ve used Tala for a number of years but their customer service and stock management has really gone downhill. I place large orders frequently and by the time they ship them most items are out of stock - this applies to both sale and full priced items. My parcel went missing (likely never sent) and by the time they agreed to resend it only 3 of 12 items ordered were in stock. I’ve since had to chase the correct refund for the 2 items I returned. Their customer service via WhatsApp is consistently disappointing. Until the stock issues are sorted I won’t be using TALA again which is a shame as they always used to be my ‘go to’ brand.
