From the first initial phone call between me and Joe Beard, I knew he excels at his job. And he didn't prove me wrong. From explaining the job to helping me find the company when I got lost before my interview, Joe has been absolutely amazing. Only thing I would say is when you get the outcome of the interview, make sure you're sitting down before you speak to Joe. I nearly had a heart attack on a very busy road when I heard I got the job! After we had been introduced which was just so happens through cold calling - I was after a specific person which I had been trying to find for nine months and tried through various ways to find but to no avail. After a couple of days they presented with and option and I have now had the pleasure of a person who is pleasant, punctual and willing to work hard and try excel themselves with the opportunity which has been presented.

Thanks to the workforce team for not only making that cold call but for them to see if all is what was expected from there work colleague.

Anthony didn’t promise me the world, and gave me accurate information regarding the role itself; sending me to the interview fully prepped, and thus enabling me to ask relevant, specific questions. After the interview - and prior to me accepting the role - there was quite a lot of back and forth between myself and my new company, and Anthony handled the dialogue brilliantly. I was contacted by Sam in accounts regarding a position he thought I may be interested in even though I wasn’t actively looking to change jobs. He organised an interview very quickly and within the week I was offered the job. Sam was great, easy to talk to and contact.Compared to other agencies I have worked with workforce were very good they keep in touch and give you quick feedback. Would definitely recommend and contact if I ever need work in the future.
