I want to cancel my subscription but the site won't allow it. That's just useless as I wanted to order something but it won't permit it

There super comfortable but I feel like when I first started this subscription I was receiving a variety of styles and colors of underwear, the last few I’ve gotten have all been the exact same black pairs which is fine but I feel like I’m missing out on what this used to be!

Overall the panties were just as expected. The white pair ended up being to big. Which is a bummer because I didn't order them too big. Oh well. Thank You.

This company is terrible. 2/3 orders are accurate. And when they’re wrong? Don’t even think about it getting corrected in a satisfactory manner. Don’t even trouble yourself. Their products are nice but last maybe a month or two at best. Save yourself the trouble. Spend a little more money on a company that will actually listen when they mess up.

My fav undies, but subscription box needs more variety. I’ve yet to receive any white pairs and have so many repeats. I had to cancel :/

Change my address X2! I be been pay for panties I'm. Not received. It's really frustrating and expensive

I cancelled my subscription I shouldn’t be getting anything anymore.

I love the panties and helping others but I have received the exact same 2 pairs, three times in a row.

I only received one pair for small and large subscription. And with my last eat order I only received 2 pairs for the small and one for the large. I am missing 3 pairs of underwear

I've tired many times to change my size to medium and the site kept changing it back to large. And, this month's package only had one panty in it. I still support your company and love your brand and understand that things happen.

Got my order wrong add kept sending the wrong pair of panties again as a replacement instead of the correct item, and they didn't seem to understand what was happening until finally someone smart replied to me about it and sent my correct order lol. On the plus side, I got a few extra pairs of panties for free!

This place will let anyone be a rep. Right now they have lower than low dog thieves. These people steal dogs and then ransom them back to you. In the Sacramento area

Received a message on a child account asking if I would be a brand ambassador. I messaged the main account with the intent of being unsubscribed from these messages. Pious support didn't feel the need to actually read these messages, instead of continuing with a standard conversation as if I was interested.

Having a professional account on Instagram where the most I'm uncovered is a short sleeve shirt it was clearly a shock to be asked to post 18+ photos by this account (something I would never do), as well as getting my personal discount code created.

This was a deeply uncomfortable conversation to have, certainly made worse by the ignorance of my replies. I even stated that I was lost for words, it was nothing short of appalling.

Though as it's possible to unsend messages on Instagram it always helps to take screenshots to keep this review standing when it's reported for deletion.

Scam. A bot texts you on social media, about free shipping and a discount. Efter the conversation they remove their Instagram page. Don't buy from this site.
