My sole complaint is the cost---it's a wonderful service, but I'm unable to afford the subscription.

I haven't had to use my wearsafe yet, but nice to know I have it if I ever do!

I had an issue with my Tag and discovered it on Thursday before the 4th of July weekend. They were quick to respond and very apolitical. I did what they said to fix the problem and it worked.

Great product - but the battery life is terrible - this thing eats batteries and those are not cheap.

Well Worth the Investment

So far I have not had any need for it but I am grateful for the added layer of protection. Being safe is a group effort with the Wearsafe and I like the idea that the people who are my family and close friends can be connected with me should anything happen.

It's simple to use and set up. The belt clip is very snug and doesn't move at all. I use it while running and don't worry about it coming off. For only $5 a month, it is well worth the investment.

Little difficult set up. No instructions provided. Confusing. Contacts need to subscribe to app.

It took a bit to get started. It seems that my contact will be able to chat with one another if I put out a call. When they all in town from vacation, We are going to gather over wine and test it out.

So far I haven't had to use it, thankfully! It was easy to set up. However I gave it 4 stars due to the long wait time for shipping

I haven't had the need to utilize my Wearsafe tag just yet -- thank God -- but it does seem to be a very easy-to-use and helpful device. My only complaint would be the rather awkward system of setting up one's "networks". Invitees are puzzled by their "invitation" and the set-up process for them involves too many steps. I would suggest that this part of the program be streamlined.

The customer service that Wearsafe provides it customers is fantastic. I as a customer appreciate the fast response, there is always a friendly agent on the other side of the email chain. I appreciate how easy everything is to navigate. Top notch service from a top notch company.

This thing never stays paired to my phone. I have to keep removing the battery. I'm frustrated with it. I want a refund.

I am a former police officer, and I now run a martial arts school for a living. Recently, we did a self-defense seminar for the Hartford Marathon Foundation, and I was introduced to the Wearsafe product. I'm very impressed with the concept and functionality of the tag. It's easy to use and practical. It's also easy to incorporate into your own personal protection strategy. Nice work!

I have been wearing my Wearsafe button, fortunately I have not had to use it yet. I do feel safe knowing I have a way to safely and secretly alert family if I get into a situation I need help.

Have not had to use it. Hopefully I never do. It does have a tendency to come out of my purse side. So I have to make sure it doesn't fall off. Outside of that. I cant say too much about it as it has not done anything for me as of yet. Maybe when the moment comes and I can use it then I can make a better testament.

She returned my post promptly and her explanation to solve the problem was very clear. I had no problem following her instructions and made the necessary changes to solve my problem.

I have had no problems so far, tested a couple of times and seems to work. I just need to get more then one person to be an emergency contact, having trouble getting friends to download app etc.., but that is a personal issue. Only drawback for someone like me, at this time, is if I have an emergency and there is nobody responding through my emergency contacts, I would just be out of luck for an immediate response.
