Battery barely lasted a week. Will be sending back

They responded quickly to my question and gave me a good solution

I put my Tag on my purse and without knowing it had gotten hit, so alarm was sent. My son called and said are you ok? Yes, why? We'll your alarm went off. I wish it wasn't that easy to set off. I don't know where to have my tag now. If I put it in my purse something will push on it. It seems no matter where I have it, I'll be afraid it will get hit. Hope you get what I'm trying to say. Thanks!

I saw this product on the news and thought, I have to have this for my family. I immediately obtained one and had my wife set it up. It was awesome, it prerecords 30 seconds of audio that can be critical in helping to understand context for what just happened. It helps track where she is when she's under duress. It also provides regular updates with new audio content on a regular basis to help keep me informed on how things are transpiring.

However, once the app is running in background waiting for when she presses the button - she can no longer hear audible beeps for text messages and phone calls. This simply won't work for us. I'm sure it's a limitation of our phone technology but it's a major flaw that prevents us from actually using the product.

From start to finish I have been pleased with the customer service of Wearsafe. The website is user friendly. It made ordering easy and answered any questions I had. I love my Wearsafe tag. It's easy to use and conveniently and easily clips to any part of my wardrobe. The wearsafe tag is a must have.

They have prompt reply and professional personnel.

Seems to do well. No real test yet.

I love my Wearsafe and am confident it will help should I find myself in a dangerous situation. I did have to put it on a less sensitive setting because I accidentally pushed the alert button removing it from my clothing and scared the daylights out of everyone in my network. Overall I am happy I have it!

I had issue with my payment they gave me and opportunity to correct it

Just knowing I have this wearsafe alarm by my side and in my purse makes me feel very secure. We've just retired and now beginning to travel, what an asset for us. Thank you!

Got this for mom, she wouldn't wear the one from the alarm company because it always called 911. You don't always require 911 in every emergency. Works very well.

As an older person, I feel much safer when my husband is away and I have this button on my night stand. When walking in the woods with my dog, I feel connected in case of an emergency. It's easy to use and comforting to have with me.

The key fob would not connect to my phone. I tried changing the battery, and even another phone. It was not functional.

Just got it for my daughter and I am very happy with it.
I will recommend this piece of technology to anyone.

The app is not easy for me and no one has answered my request for help to set up.

Wonderful product and amazing customer service!! Device arrived quickly. All questions were answered in a matter of a few hours. Very pleased with the product!!

I wore it for the first time the other day...my phone accidentally hit the button and all 3 of my network people got the alert!! It does give you a sense of safety for sure, especially knowing how it works!

I recommend this product!
