This company is a scam I bought a coat from there which was delivered to the wrong address they emailed me saying they could see it was delivered to a wrong address and that I would get a refund within 12 days. More than a month has gone by and now they are ignoring my emails

As the other reviews state, i ordered a fur coat from this website, seemed legit, did my research, had no reviews yet, appeared legit with confirmation and tracking details. Recieved an email from them saying my parcel had been delivered to the wrong address (unsure how they'd be aware of this) somehow have used a fake tracking delivery image through fedex, claimed they'd refund me, never recieved, gone silent since ive disputed. Gone straight through my banks fraud team to get my money back.

Same as what happened to the other reviews, fake website fake tracking, delivery to a unknown address. I didn't bother trying to contact them as I knew I would get no where went straight to my bank who have filed a fraud case and I have got my money back.

I ordered a lovely fur coat for Christmas. The website appears legit, received proper confirmation and all. tracking was via fed ex. The package was not delivered but it said it was and it was signed by someone I do not know. There was no address. FedEx said my address was not the delivery address they’d been given. Believing this to be a real error I ordered the coat again. The same thing has happened again and any email to Sonas is being returned to sender.
This company is clearly a scam. Avoid.

I think on closer review, the jacket in the TikTok is actually a skims jacket!

The website appears legit and my purchase of a white zip up fur coat for £21 simple, with free postage, great. I received a confirmation of purchase email from Sonas, followed up by details of delivery and tracking to be fulfilled by fedex.
However the package didnt arrive and the proof of purchase showed signed by a name i do not know. There was no address either just a town. I contacted Fedex but they couldn't match my recipient name and address so redirected me back to Sonas.
Believing this to be a genuine lost package error I went back to the Sonas website and ordered the coat again as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter.
I had also emailed Sonas as directed by Fedex, but have never had a response.
I later found emails in my junk from Sonas relating to my 1st order, advising that something seemed wrong with delivery. A further email confirmed that my package was lost and I would receive a refund in 7-12 days. I felt relief thinking ok this is all alright and my 2nd order should be fine. However no refund has ever been received and on Thursday when the 2nd jacket was meant to arrive I waited, but yet again the tracking showed delivered, no address, signed for by someone ive never heard of and I have no package!!!
This company is clearly a scam and I can only imagine the fedex tracking is falsified. I have since found a video on tiktok of others who have had the same happen to them. So avoid Sonas and other names they use like Ava, Luna and Roma as they will take your money and not fulfil any order.
