I ordered two items way back in September and they have still not arrive and despite calls and emails - I still have nothing (not evena refund). Please help xx

Months now. Before December i returned tablets because they were very disappointing in performance. They promised to refund the return cost I’ve made. But its March now and still nothing!!

The company is not keeping their promises, so not trustworthy!

Ordered the star light projector on the 16th of December. Didn't arrived yet and they don't answer my emails. Also the ncrowd company that sold me the voucher doesn't do anything about it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Money robbing. I have emailed several times chasing up an item that I paid for and never arrived. At first they shut me up by making promises to send my item (which still never arrived). Now they don't even reply to my emails. Absolutely disgusting! The only way I could get my money back was emailing wowcher, who I bought my item through. They gave me wowcher credit, not a refund.

Like many people here I ordered a Starlight Projector through ncrowd as a Christmas present for my child and never received it. Ncrowd have tried to fob me off with a store credit that does not cover the cost of postage. Totally unacceptable!

I ordered 2 star night projectors. One on the 10th November and one on the 3rd December. I am yet to receive either. I have emailed Web 18 to be told that my items are being dispatched, which they haven't been. I have also rang them (before) the number was discontinued and was told the same thing. I have now logged this with n crowd who assured me 7 days they would look into it and get back to me within 3 days. I'm still waiting. Very disappointed with Web 18 as these were Christmas gifts for children but also very disappointed with n crowd for there slow customer service.

I purchased light projector from ncrowd could not get voucher to work trying fron 27 December. Contacted ncrowd just received reply today telling me the voucher now works. They are having a laugh they must know this company is no longer trading. I informed them in a email that the phone number for web18 is no longer available. I have told them I want a refund. I must be one of the lucky ones I have not been able to pay the postage.

I also ordered this panda tablet for my little boy on 26th Nov and have been chasing it every week since. I was told by web18 on 17th dec it was being despatched that day and still not sign at beg jan so emailed both kgb deals and web 18 again, no response still from web18 and kgb deals said the supplier had ran out of stock and wouldnt be fulfiling the order, no apology at all, ridiculous!! Tehy said they would give me a credit, a credit, I will never buy anything from them again I told him this and he has now credited the money back onto my card. Still chasing web18 for my shipping charged as told kgb deals its their responsibility as the supplier but still no reply. I have emailed both companys to tell them i am also contacting watch dog!

Had to put a star for this review to post but certianly no stars from me, cowboy out fit!!

Really wish I'd looked at the reviews before placing my trust with Kgb and Web 18 and now web18's phone number no longer works I'm fuming and out off pocket by £45.99!

Just a follow on...... Ive contacted Watchdog about this company and they have heard of them but are very interested in other consumer (victims) stories.... get onto them and lets have this company named and shamed and shut down.

Why didnt i read the reviews on this company before i ordered? I ordered two light projectors through Wowcher so i just presumed they would be a reputable company.
Ordered back in October, received an email saying they had been dispatched, never received them. Emailed twice, go ignored twice. Tried to phone but the number is now 'not in use'. Emailed twice more, got ignored twice more.
I have just contacted Wowcher and im awaiting their reply.
Bought these as Christmas presents for my kids. Disgusted is the only word i can think of that doesnt involve swearing.

Emailed twice - no response, now awaiting response from NCrowd.......
I am angry with myself for not checking them out first - could've saved myself lots of stress and heartache over Christmas let alone my hard earned cash......
More annoyed that I, like an awful lot of fellow reviewers trusted NCrowd or KGB Deals or WOWcher to allow this company to promote sales (I use the term "sales" very loosely - it should say theft of our cash) over and over again.
If I was one of these companies, I would be avoiding any affiliation with them in the future - I personally will be awaiting my response, then approaching Trading Standards as well as Watchdog!

The word AVOID isn't strong enough - there should be the option for negative stars. I do not approve of the one star I have had to select

Con artists. Ordered the star projector via ncrowd/kgb on dec 4th. Had problems with ordering , finally got the site working to be told 3-5 working days. It didnt arrive so they promised to resend it as "it got lost at the back of the warehouse ".

Never arrived and they have ignored 5 emails since.

Ncrowd refunded the voucher and have given me a discount code for future use, but still no sign of my postage from web18.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered on 24th November still have no Tablet for my little girl she will be heart broken, no response from either WEB 18 who said it would be re-dispatched still no tablet now 23rd December. No help from nCRowd either except one e-mail telling me to use my voucher when did that they would contact the company. Of course I used the voucher how could i order without using it. No further response from them and I cannot even call them! Don't Use either of these companies.

I ordered 2 of the Panda tablets via KGB Deals in November and have continually been fobbed off and they have still not arrived. KGB Deals initially tried to help, gave me the 0800 telephone number and I spoke to a representative who confirmed they would be with me within the next 7-10 working days, it is now 30 days and they have still not arrived! I have teied to ring and email them direct, the phone number is no longer available and they are not responding to emails, what a surprise! I am now in a position where I cannot go shopping to buy someing else due to a foot operation and I do not have any presents for the grandchildren. Thanks Web18, nice to know you have no consideration for the upset caused to people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered2 tablets on 22nd November even ordered by phone as had problems with voucher code. Was told would arrive in 10 working days still no sign of it today on 21st December. They were presents for my friends daughters for their birthday 18th december. I called last Monday told they were dispatched Friday 12th via city link, tried to chase up Thursday 18th and number out of service. Emailed KGB deals who replied with what looks like an automated response saying 2-4 weeks from order date. It's past 4 weeks now. Totally gutted!

It is a complete scam ordered a tablet via kgbdeals followed all steps went onto website and paid postage etc still no sign every attempt to contact web18.co.UK and KGB deals have failed truly discussing it was a child's tablet how dare u do that to a child at Xmas karma will get you!!!

I bought a wowcher deal in October for a starlight projector ordered the product in October 2014 as per voucher but it never arrived I have phoned many times and emailed web18 very disappointed excuses after excuses it's now December 2014 and still no product given up any hope especially after reading other reviews on this site.

I've been waiting on the star light projector since early October ! It's now the 6th of December . I've emailed and emailed numerous times and they keep saying it will be with me within 3 -5 days . It never arrives !! I'm contacting wowcher today ! . Total scam !

Ordered a Starlight Projector via Wowcher, loads of missed deadlines and false promises, but Wowcher gave me a refund. Do NOT deal with Web 18, it is a scam.

Don't trust them with anything!!! They won't deliver - guaranteed!!!
