Scam on renewation of vps
I purchased vps for usa and use for one month and than leave after 10 days i make a purchase again and according to renewal it should be active fromhe day i purchased but they charge me for a month which i don't use but when i ask them to make it active for the remaining 20 days they are not doing it and support person saying its expired although the invoice states the expirey is 24th April

Our system is configured to bill for a full month at the time of renewal, with services typically being activated from the date of purchase. However, as outlined in our terms and conditions, if there is a renewal gap exceeding 24–48 hours, we cannot guarantee the same VPS instance or IP address will be assigned.
To address such situations, we offer customers the option of either a full refund or a new VPS setup—and in your case, we followed the same approach.
Please know that we have no intention of charging for any service that isn't provided, and we regret if the support experience fell short of your expectations. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re always working to improve both our service and support.

These guys shutdown your VPS for no reason - Collect monthly payment and do not take backups
