complete scam!!!! do not use!!! will suck money for apps they don't use for your site. if i knew better i would of built my own site but i trusted them... sick to my stomach... $2000 for Elmonto?? in less then a year my domain name stopped working and site went offline... they wanted $250 to put on their own server that was super slow... started a brand new site with someone else in my family who i trust... the 5 star review is probably their family and friends...

Then, when I refused to pay, my website did not get completed. Now I'm stuck without a finished website and I'm out of my money when they promised a 100% satisfaction guarantee. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Don't make my mistake.

If I could give this company a -5 stars I would. They ripped me off big time. They took my money and did a horrible job building my site, I asked that they not use stock photos, they did! I sent the over 70pics of my own work to use, they used about 6. After repeated emails and going back and forth to fix this, change that, they still never got it rite. They continued to promise that everything would be fixed, they never got it rite.
After repeatedly asking them to refund my money they stopped answering my callers and blocked me, they stopped responding to my emails. And then I disputed the charges with my credit card company , and that’ is when they wanted to talk agin. By this time I wanted nothing to do with them. They are not at all honest, they make promises that they don’t keep, and to top it all off, when I tried to get another company to redo the mess they made, we found out that they blocked the site. This company is underhanded, dishonest and should not be trusted. Please take it from me.. stay as far away from this company as possible.. they all seem very nice and accommodating till they receive monies from you… they are thieves ! Please.. don’t allow them to do to you what they did to me…

Lack of communication.
I am 33 years old and have never wrote a review for any company good or bad. I say that to say my experience with this company has been awful and unprofessional. In the beginning I came to them with what I needed and what I was looking for. I was told $1600 to obtain the kind of site I needed. I paid and the work started. From there it’s all downhill as the communication was little to none for the first month. It wasn’t until I sent an email expressing the lack of communication that someone reached out over the phone. Things seemed to be back on track as we finished more in 2 days then in the previous month and all it took was an actual phone call. Once the site was complete (or so I thought) I was then told my site couldn’t go live without a dedicated server. This was the first time I had heard this and also the first time they told me that it was another expense separate from what I already paid. I gave them my entire budget for the site upfront with the impression that $1600 was all I had to spend. The server was $3200!! I didn’t have that money to spend on a site and had I been told the entire process and how much it actually cost I would have never done it in the first place! Of course now they tell me that I can’t get ANY of my money back AND I still don’t have a website because I can’t buy a server. Like as a business how is this even possible? Withhold information until it’s to late to back out of the situation and now I’ve wasted $1600 AND I still don’t have a website. I feel like I was just extorted.

SCAM, SCAM!!! I have been waiting for my website to be completed. Jay is my designer and the only time I hear from him is when he wants more money! paid MORE MONEY BUT NO WEBSITE!!! I was promised my labels would be completed by Monday, but when I called Jay, he said that he had a fever and he wasn't in the office!
