They have 60% of the total cost, and I have only the merest sketches. The person I have to deal with is virtually unintelligible because of a foreign accent. He claims he is American. His boss came on the phone and said everything would be all right. It has been 2 weeks and I have next to zero.
Since this post, work has begun with a new agent.

Beware: Unreliable Service from Web Design Glory!
I engaged Web Design Glory to design a website and five social media pages in December 2023. Initially promised completion within two weeks, the project stretched on for three frustrating months.
Throughout the ordeal, I encountered a series of unfulfilled promises and unprofessional behavior. Despite providing all necessary content and clear instructions, the project was constantly delayed. I had to repeat myself to multiple project managers, and additional charges were demanded for features that should have been included from the start.
When I threatened to cancel the order, they promised to finish the project if I removed my dispute with PayPal. This tactic of holding completion hostage for dispute withdrawal is highly unethical.
Despite reassurances from various representatives, including the owner, the project remained incomplete. I was bombarded with messages from their dispute department, pressuring me to retract my dispute, with threats of prolonged disputes if I didn't comply.
This experience has not only cost me time and money but also caused immense frustration. I caution anyone considering Web Design Glory's services to think twice before entrusting them with their project.
