Scam
Scam. They pretended like they were doing work upfront and were super responsive at the beginning, but once they ran into a couple of issues they became non-responsive.
They took the money ahead of time because they said it was a 1-day project but it spanned over 2 weeks before they ghosted.
Do NOT work with Web Development India and Sanjay Ballav.

She is right, it was one day work. But she kept on increasing the scope of work that is why it spanned over 2 weeks from 1 day. Post that we decided not to move ahead with. We requested her to pay us what was reasonable which she denied and threaten us with wrong review to extract more work with no pay
