Hervorragender Service und Kundenbetreuung

Ich bin absolut begeistert von Weber-Werke! Sonntags bestellt, bereits Dienstag geliefert - das nenne ich mal schnellen Versand.
Leider hat GLS das Paket ziemlich ramponiert und mein Fahrradhelm wurde dabei stark gequetscht. Aber hier zeigt sich die wahre Klasse von Weber-Werke: Ein kurzer Kontakt zu Herrn Gallitzki reichte aus, und ohne Diskussion wurde mir sofort ein neuer Helm per DHL zugesendet. Diesmal kam alles einwandfrei an.
So stellt man sich Kundenservice vor! Probleme werden nicht nur erkannt, sondern auch umgehend und unkompliziert gelöst. Weber-Werke übernimmt Verantwortung, auch wenn der Schaden durch den Versanddienstleister entstanden ist.
Schnelle Lieferung, faire Preise und ein Service, der wirklich funktioniert. Klare Kaufempfehlung - hier bestelle ich definitiv wieder!

Einfach nur Spitze!
Ich habe vor einem halben Jahr eine Reifenwucht und Montagemaschine bei Weber gekauft. Lieferung war blitzschnell. Das nachbestellen von Zubehör war problemlos und der Service freundlich und kompetent.
