My order was delivered damaged by FedEx. Weber grill website had no phone number. I had to search the net to find a number. The person I talked told me I had to pay shipping to return the damaged grill. Then, I was told I'd be contacted via email. In the meantime, I am without a grill.

Weber is a company the rests on their reputation, and does nothing to improve and keep up with the times. They have horrible customer support, refuse to back their products (just search weber recalls and you will see they dont even honor replacements), and poor product development (their new products are garbage compared to older ones.

Bought a Webber “stainless steel” propane grill for $2300.00. Keep it under the patio and cover with the official cover. Within the first two years, hinges and wheels were the first to come apart due to rust. Everything else started to disintegrate shortly thereafter. “Customer Service” completely ignored me. Completely destroyed. I kept it to show my friends what not to buy.

We’re big fans of Weber grills. First had the round charcoal model growing up and in college, and graduated to gas grills as an adult. The Genesis 300 series is fabulous.
Our current grill was purchased in 2023. Last week my husband forgot about the pork chops he was grilling and when he finally remembered a fire had been burning for some time (and the chops were history). We assessed the damage the next day and while the burners still worked, the heat deflectors, flavorizer bars, grates and warming rack needed to be replaced. I called Weber and after showing them photos of the damage, to my surprise they gave me a big discount on the replacement parts. You don’t find that kind of loyalty to customers anymore and it felt great. I’m a customer for life and will recommend Weber to everyone.

My first Weber Grill was the best grill lasting 19 years before I had to replace.My Second one I have now is a piece of garbage.In the last five years I had to replace 5 items and more to come. Another thing is I bought 2 Weber brushes to clean the grill and just received an email from Amazon that there is a serious recall on them.I called Weber and they want you to open a site to get a new brush.Not worth it.All that for a lousy brush.Keep your crap.I'M DONE WITH WEBER!!!!

Customer service for warranty issues is excellent. Got replacement parts in a timely manner after talking to a professional and helpful representative. Weber stands behind their product. Vincent Marino.
