Great company that provide excellent services for the money. On the rare occasions when I've had problems with my website they've always helped out very quickly, even if the issue had nothing to do with their hosting services.

I found WebHost UK after doing some online research and reviewing Trustpilot feedback. I needed to contact Support over teething problems which were dealt with professionally and quickly. Support and speed are key to me. I can do most things, but occasionally you need professional help. Box one, ticked.
Speed according to the WebHost UK website is quick. They all say that though! My expectations were muted, but I was delighted after testing out the service for a few days, indeed the servers are quick, very quick.
The little things that mean the most to me are the extended WHM options. There are many. My account was set up quickly. Whether I was just lucky I don't know, but it was the fastest I've experienced.
My five-star experience rating is warranted and well-deserved. Thank you WebHost UK.

I created a simple WordPress site on another host and had many problems (chief of which was their hosting of multiple websites on a single IP address). I switched to webhost.uk.net after a great deal of frustration, and they have been fantastic. They are competitively priced (with no "hidden extras"), and their live chat/support is excellent. Whenever I have had a problem or query it has been sorted politely, clearly and patiently in minutes, rather than hours. I cannot recommend them enough.

They are just best in one word, was used 50+ service before now sticking with them from last 3 years.

These people are dishonest. Their website clearly states that if you open and close a hosting account within 30 days, you will receive a refund. When I did exactly that, they did not refund me, and when I queried it, they blatantly lied. I do not recommend them.

after making a mistake on my site Vincent from Webhost UK had me back up and running within 5 minutes. totally my fault and it was all recovered quickly without any grumbles from the support team. A1 service all round as they are always there to help with my fumbling questions when I try something new :-)

Very good tech support, they are very friendly and quite strict about the hosting environment and people using it so there is not an issue with server reputation. George has helped me with some pretty complicated server issues, patiently and professionally.

In the process of moving my domains and setting up hosting with UK Web Hosting, I've had a few chats with tech support at this point. They are always very friendly and helpful and the times where I have been clueless about the tech jargon and what I was supposed to do, the support staff have taken the lead and have assisted me in a way that would get me to the finish line. The only thing I find a bit confusing is that the names in the chat keep changing during a conversation, so I am never quite sure who I'm talking to, but that's no big deal.
