I first met Dan at a network event and shared my five-year vision to digitise and automate my people change management consultancy — something that had always been manual, founder-dependent and hard to scale. I wanted to give a huge shout-out and thank you to Dan Cook! Dan helped me in working with GoDaddy to sort out an MSSQL database issue. Although we weren't able to get it working (nothing to do with him at all, all GoDaddy's issues to be blunt) he worked through it like a champ, professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole ordeal. Dan is in the UK and I am in the US yet were able to communicate and work together without me having to interview or find other developers. We approached WebHQ in February as we needed a website to help our customers build their own digital planners. Our planners have thousands of options and variations, which means our customers can create a planner perfect for their needs. As you can imagine we needed to automate this as much as possible and make sure the user experience was perfect. Working with Dan has been a great experience. I was having an issue on a woo commerce site and needed some specialist help to figure out what was going on. Dan offered to take a look at the database and troubleshoot what the issue might be. He was patient and knowledgeable, and in no time we figured out what had been the problem. I managed to resolve the issue, and Dan gave me peace of mind and some advice on how to avoid the issue happening again moving forwards. I'd highly recommend his services.. oh and he is also friendly and approachable - just what you need when you have a technical issue!
