Do not use! I received a product that was sold as a Fulton & Bray branded item, but no branding on packaging, but it is shown on order. Chrome peeling, blemishes in the casting. Looks like a knock off. Have an original F&B product to same spec and this is nothing like it. Phone number takes you to a call centre, sounded like India, told I needed transferring to 'orders', whuch was option I selected in first instance. Phone rings out on every option, Customer Service, Accounts, Shipping etc. No goods return info on website.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service . No replies or confirmation of receipt of e mails. No other way of contacting them. Over two weeks since they said that order was being processed and nothing , no order , no contact , no replies and no refund and cancellation as requested. Never ever again.

Completely unreliable and possibly even fraudulent
I had the worst experience with this company. Their emails don't work, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch, their phone number never gets answered. It's impossible to get any support or even receive a response to basic inquiries. This company appears to be completely unreliable and possibly even fraudulent.
In the end, I had to go through their umbrella company, Euroart, to resolve the issue. Even then, I only received a partial refund! They took money for not doing their job – surely, this is criminal? Save yourself the hassle and avoid them. I will not be trusting them with any of my business, and I highly recommend others steer clear as well. A total waste of time and energy.
I have reported them to trading standard as well as Euroart, I urge everyone else to do the same.
Wrong items email non exsistant
Do not order from here either items will not arrive or will be wrong and when you email them email will say not delivered does not exsist...?
Purchased door hardware
Purchased door hardware. Never showed up. After 2 weeks phoned and eventually got through. Told it was being sent tomorrow. Nothing arrived. Phoned the following week told different story about our of stock coming from supplier. Will be with you in two weeks maximum. Saga continues for over two months. At this point I get fed up and ask for my money back. Will be in your account in 5 day. Nothing appears.. phone back again and threatened to report transaction as fraud with my bank and then like magic the money reappeared in my account. I don't think it is a fraudulent company. Just terrible terrible management and customer service.

I spent £149 on a espagnolette door lock with Web Ironmongery which is Euro Art by a different name. The lock was never delivered. I received no contact from the company and they haven't replied to emails or answered the phone. My advice is dont go anywhere near them.

Web Ironmongery is clearly a scam online shop and should be taken down by the authority. I have purchased an expensive euro cylinder lock and they sent me after a month a cheap crappy lock. No one replyes the email or pick up the phone. Scammers!!!

Ordered some black coated handles
Ordered some black coated handles. Immediately took payment and acknowledged order with email. No communication for a week then when I called they said part no longer available and they will refund. Very poor service with zero comms. wasted a week!

Real company but returning order
I placed an order over a week ago expecting delivery within 3-5 days as advertised, as I was working to some tight deadlines. In the middle of the week, I got nervous I hadn't had a despatch email, and also found TrustPilot negative reviews at this point.
I rang the number on the invoice, was told I'd get a call back due to bad internet, and they did call me back within the hour. It transpired my order had been stalled because of one piece they were waiting on.
I was told it would arrive in time and that they would send it out as next day delivery. However, they didn't instil a great sense of trust (informal and curt phone manner, very poor reviews, incorrect name and logo on this website, no order despatch email, no tracking information - all of these things can be overcome) and so I actually ended up buying my order elsewhere, in case it never came.
The end result was the order did turn up late this evening, nicely packaged, but no longer needed. So I will be returning the items. My advice if you are ordering with tight timelines is to ring them up before you place your order to check stock levels and delivery times. That's my only regret, as this company is cheaper than where I repurchased from.
Edit: I have written evidence via email this company is attempting to violate the Consumer Rights Law of 2015 by passing on supplier restocking fees to consumers requesting refunds. I will adjust my rating and review accordingly in due course.

Avoid this company
Wrong product was initially sent. Having informed the company I was told it was the result of a packaging error and the correct product would be sent in 48 hours. Over a month later and I’m still waiting with requests for an update and then a refund ignored on multiple occasions.
