If they had an office in the UK I'd be suing them! Bought Applian the whole suite on a lifetime licence, which isn't! After two years they have something that stops it working unless you buy upgrade. Fix is turn off internet when you start any of its applications, then re-enable. Support just lie, if you get a reply at all. My suggestion is AVOID, go with a company that has an office in England, or wants to support customers to retain business, not one that uses blackmail like webminds/Applian !

I ordered one software from this company, I couldn't register my program as they say that my email address is already in their system, how ever I don't remember my password. Their system to change the password won't work as they ask my email address that they will send an email explaining how to make a new password. I have already asked them to refund my payment, now I will contact my bank to stop the payment.

Be upfront !!!!

An email from one of my previous reliable applications offered a discount on PDF Pro 3 which I needed, but when I went to order I noticed the order was being handled by Webminds. I should have checked reviews first and would not have ordered, but that's life. I paid and received a link to download programme, but it was for Windows not Mac and the sales pitch had made no mention of this. I immediately contacted Webminds for clarification or reimbursement and received a prompt reply 'we understand how important it is to get answers and we try to reply as quickly as possible'. Total bullish*t. 4 days later absolutely no reply. I have deleted their downloads as obviously totally unreliable and probably unsafe. My advice is to avoid these people.

After reading a few reviews I was a bit hesitant to buy their Easy Duplicate Finder software but I must say it really did work and their support person was responsive and helpful with tips on how to best sort through multiple drives I'd accumulated.

BAD experience

Bad experience with the software and then when I requested a refund I got lectured about the "tone" of my email. It did NOT take out all the duplicate files and I immediately started having weird problems in my computer and I had to call tech support. Customer service claimed they issued a refund but sent a very snarky email lecturing me about how I wrote MY email. Fragile, anyone? I said nothing nasty, I just expressed my disappointment with what they claimed it would do, as opposed to what my actual experience was. The person also told me in so many words that I did not know what I was talking about, and that of course, THEIR software wouldn't do any of the things I was claiming. Well, all l did was forward to them what tech support told me had happened. And the only reason I told Webminds what tech support told me was because WEBIMINDS ASKED me to explain it in the last email. If they didn't want the answer, or were that easily offended, then they shouldn't have asked. All I told them is what my tech support people told ME and I got a lecture for it. I wish I had read some of the reviews here and on other sites before I bought it. I don't believe my card will be refunded either but we we'll see.

Since the 25th December 2022 I am asking for a refund because the products are not working for me at all. The company is ignoring my request and is not answering anymore to my messages.

You cannot use the keyboard in order to check or uncheck quickly the files. You have to search every tiny checkbox with the mouse cursor in order to select the files to be deleted. It is not possible to review the files and select the files with the space or enter key.

I have asked for a refund on so many occasions, but although I receive an acknowledgement of my complaint, it is ignored and after 2 months, I still don't have a refund. I would advise anyone to be very careful before ordering from this company.

Do not use I bought duplicate finder software with 60 days' money back I decided straight away I did not want it and asked for a refund but they just ignored me, still waiting over a 2months now
Be warned the software is rubbish wipes out files and photos.
