Very bad people. They are thiefs. They will disable your rdp and refuse to credit back your money

Buying a vps from this site will be the worst financial mistake you will ever make. My vps stopped working i renewed because I thought my subscription has expired which was not the case I tried reaching out to support up to 5 times no reply,out of the 3 months I paid for 1 month is gone still no reply.
After this review they reached out to me and resolved my issue they added extra 1 month free for any inconvenience I incured so I changed my rating.

Don't waste your money, I have warned all my costumers not to. I paid for rdp and its been 2 days, they haven't sent the login details, and they haven't been responding to my messages, I have opened 3 support tickets and yet no response, maybe they are planning to close up and now trying to take costumers money. I advise you don't buy from them until you see a couple of positive reviews after the date of this comment

From my perspective, their servers are top-notch! No crashes, fast speeds, and super affordable. Amazingg service. Definitely my new go-to for RDP.

I paid for this service and received confirmation emails regarding my purchase. However, I haven't been able to access what I paid for. I did not come here expecting genuine reviews.

I'm new to the world of RDPs, and I was a little intimidated at first. But Webpoundits made it so easy. Their website is easy to navigate and their customer service team is always there to help. I'm so glad I chose Webpoundits. They're the perfect RDP provider or beginners.

Very bad websites
1-they claimed that windows is 2019 and you will find it 2008 or 2012
2- they give u RPD will find in it many files ( u can't delete) many apps and browsers ( u can't delete)

3- all RPD ( u can't make any thing) install or uninstall

4- your data may be moved to others

5- most important they have very bad customer service ( no reply always all the time ) , only ticket available and they will not reply

6- if u needf cancel RDP next month they will not cancel and they will leaves you to involved in another invoice

I've been using RDPs for years, and I've tried just about every provider out there. Webpundits is far the best. Their RDPs are fast, reliable, and affordable. And their customer service is second to none. If you're looking for a game changer in the world of RDPs look no further than Webpundits.

I purchased a VPS plan this morning and have been waiting all day for my account to be activated. It's now night, and still, nothing. I tried reaching out to customer support, but no response at all. Their ticketing system seems completely pointless because nobody is replying.

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. No communication, no support, no service. If you’re considering this company, think again. Don’t waste your time or money here—there are far better options out there!

Good options, good pricing and first time discounts.

The problem is the shared servers with 30 users is very unstable, it will not run 24/7 at some point you cannot connect anymore. So you make a ticket and the problem gets solved but it always comes back

Then you have the dedicated servers wich are purely for you alone. Its more stable but still once a month or 2 months its just not able to connect and it has to be restarted.

Some people need 24/7 running time for their business to work so its frustrating that it shuts down. Shall this issue be fixed ill give 5 stars for sure
