Waited nearly a month with no delivery or communication. Only after reaching out did I find out the items weren’t available. Refund was very delayed.

Scam!!
Ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered within few days. Nothing came so I asked what is the issue. Product was not in stock. I cancelled the order. 1,5 month after confirmed cancellation still haven’t received my refund (almost €300).

Got scammed
Legit got straight up scammed.
I canceled an order since I wasn’t interested anymore. After confirming my cancellation I never received my money back and they don’t answer my emails anymore.
Now I am forced to take legal action to recover my money of over 500€.

Takes a long time and then I get the wrong article: but everthing solved, now
I ordered some articles on March 30th, 2022. I didn't hear anything for a week, so I called them.
The product was not in stock, but... would arrive 1 week later.
So it did, but incorrectly. They just sent me the wrong article.
One waits for 1/2 month (I live in The Netherlands and the company sends from The Netherlands) and one gets: the wrong article!
I just sent them an email. I hope this will be solved.
After having sent my email I was called withing 15 minutes!!! And Websa sent the correct article, including a label so I could send back the incorrect product.
Wow, I must say: That was a fast solution!!!
Thank you for the swift action.
Everything is correct now.
So I can say: Great experience.

Very disappointing
Placed an order 27 March and by 26 April had not received anything. Contacted websa and they informed me that the products were not available. Was asked if I would like to order something else instead to which I replied no as a result of having to chase the order myself. Asked for money back and did not hear from them again. Finally received refund today 19 May. So disappointing and I will not order from them ever again.
