Well, they are great. They managed to meet my goals on the initial configuration. The tool works perfectly and when I needed customer support they are not just friendly, but also hyper professional and provide a quick response. They are just great!

Simple set-up for sitemaps, good scheduling and data validation. Fast support. Some limitations regarding onepage sites, other than that great tool for scraping web.

Incredibly simple yet versatile tool. It could take a little while to learn who to write the sitemaps, if you are not a developer. But once you know the basics, then for the past 10 years I haven't looked back. Starting from master thesis, to event scraping, to job market - this works for absolutely everything.

Now there's an AI feature which should be writing things quicker. I haven't used it though, but I assume that it helps as well.

Oh, and the support is also top notch - not only responding to problems, but actually personally thinking about your challenges and how to solve them.

Web Scraper is a powerful tool that my company uses daily. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable and have vetted many vendors and Web Scraper has been my most utilized scraping source. Years ago I started with the free extension and have moved to the cloud version to leverage all their extra features and user interface (well worth it). Their support is also excellent. Web Scraper's response time is minimal and often they are proactive if they see you "spinning your wheels" on a project. All around very happy with their service and highly recommend.

Our company has been using Web Scraper for more than 3 years. We use Web Scraper to obtain additional publicly available product data to enrich our client focused insight solutions. The user interface is very intuitive, but on the odd occasion that we struggled with correct syntax, the help desk has always been very responsive. What is most impressive is their pro-active approach. We have had a number of instances where we received a 'heads-up' from the support team when they have spotted inefficiencies and advised us on suggested improvements without prompting from us.
