Great Service, Terrible Website Experience

This review is only about the website, not the bus service itself.
Generally speaking, Japanese service is second to none — the Limousine Bus staff are courteous, professional, and reliable. However, the website experience is extremely frustrating. It’s confusing to navigate, difficult to make reservations, and not user-friendly, especially for non-Japanese speakers.

I’m leaving this review in the hope that the Limousine Bus Company reads it and improves their online booking system to match the outstanding quality of their actual service.
