Alex Smith helped me right away on the final touches i needed to make on the website. He was prompt in getting back to me and at the end we got it compeleted. I did however have issues early on in the implementation of the site as there was a lot of back and forth and misunderstanding. The overall site took way to long to build. Had I know it would be 6-7 months later i might have attempted to do it myself. OVerall like the look and feel of the site.

When I called to get help with my website everyone I spoke with on the phone was very professional!!!! This is a great company to work with!!!!!

Disappointing Service and Unresolved Issues, Challenges in Diversity Implementation, Refund Delays

I feel compelled to share an update on my experience with Website Professionals Co. Unfortunately, my initial positive sentiments have taken a downturn, and it's important to shed light on the challenges I've encountered.

Initially, I had high hopes for the development of my dropshipping website, it was to be a means of income for my family. However, several crucial aspects of the project fell short of my expectations. The requested changes, such as incorporating more diversity in model images and addressing concerns about certain images were not implemented as agreed upon.

Communication has been a significant issue throughout this process. Despite my attempts to express my needs and concerns, there has been a lack of responsiveness from this company. Phone calls and emails have gone unanswered, and when I ask to speak to a manager my calls somehow got disconnected, leaving me in the dark about the progress of my project and creating a frustrating experience.

Furthermore, after expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a full refund, per their "full satisfaction guarantee", finance manager, Zack Murdock, assured me of a $2000.00 refund (I have email from Zack stating refund would be processed). Regrettably, this refund has NOT been processed, and subsequent attempts to contact individuals involved, including Sean, Bruce, Orlando, and David Shaw, have been met with silence.

This lack of transparency and unfulfilled promises have left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience. It's essential for potential clients to be aware of these challenges before considering their services for your important projects.

The initial enthusiasm I had for launching my website using Website Professionals Co. has been overshadowed by communication breakdowns, unaddressed concerns, and unfulfilled promises. It's crucial for any prospective clients to carefully weigh these factors before engaging in business with this company.
