Hi Terry, as a wholesale website, we do not include any of the shipping charges in the cost of the items. Therefore, we do have to charge shipping for each of our orders and we do not have any general shipping discounts.

Horrible return policy!! They charge a 30% restocking fee and they have to confirm with the company of the part if it's okay to return the part. Horrible customer service. Please avoid if you! If you make a mistake they will take 30% away from your money.

Hi Eric, the reason that we charge a restocking fee is to keep costs, and ultimately our prices, down for our customers. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed.

Couldn't find what I was looking for that I've ordered from their many times and thought they just discontinued it. Got ahold of a telephone number called there and talked to a very nice man to help me out . He said he didn't know why I couldn't find it, but he found it for me and I was able to order it. He was very pleasant. I enjoyed talking to him.

Every time I try to move forward with a purchase I get an ad for some unasked-for item. It is very annoying and often confusing makes buying anything more difficult.

Amoroso rolls delivered to your door
I order Amoroso Club Rolls from the Webstaurant Store since I can no longer get them locally in western PA. I am not a commercial business but I can still order these rolls as an individual and they arrive a few days later. You have to order 10 bags and shipping is $16.50 but I love these rolls and they keep well in the freezer.
