I placed and order and 3 separate time the shipping was delayed and extended out. When I inquired I was told that it was shipping from the manufacturer and I had to wait for them to ship. WELL I DIDN'T PURCHASE IT FROM THERE SITE I PURCHASED FROM YOURS. Horrible company who does not ship items that were paid for.

Shipping price too high
I don't own a business, just for home use. therefore, I can't afford to pay for a membership. With that said, I think prices were good, but shipping was too high.

What an absolute disaster of a company
What an absolute disaster of a company. Can't talk to anyone but an AI assistant who doesn't understand anything. They won't release anything in my name, so the carrier won't give me any information, and it's already been returned to sender once. It doesn't need to be signed for, however, they won't deliver it without someone there even though its a shared office space.

Shipping was an unbelievable rip off that I somehow missed until after I clicked pay. $19 to regular ship an $11 dollar not even half a pound handheld strainer. Won’t be buying anything else from here.

I was able to find the items I wanted and a representative I chatted with was helpful. The shipping price to Hawaii was not exactly the same as the website charged me, but the variance was relatively small. The item price was excellent and even with shipping cost included was still cheaper than I ca get the items from a local source.

Placed a $5,000 order for equipment that would ship in 5 days. 20 days later the tracking info does not go anywhere, when I finally got in further the order is just dead sitting in Canada. This was the worst order I have placed and they had no issue charging me in full.
Do not trust these guys for your equipment. Maybe napkins and small stuff, this has been a nightmare
