Disgusting customer service- returned…
Disgusting customer service- returned all items in original box with paperwork and required RAN numbers, acknowledged all but one of the items and thero still charging me despite providing proof of postage etc/return logged on portal .
Raised complaint, case closed with no update and then asked to give feedback.
Now being charged for an item I don’t have and if I don’t pay via klarna this will effect my credit rating. CS please could you contact me… surely this isn’t acceptable.
I’ve also asked to rates a complain and this has been disregarded.
