I am the CTO of Luno, trading Bitcoin and Ether. I will gladly write a detailed review for Kevin and his team. Remarkably talented people.
Luno has worked with dozens of SEO companies in the past decade, and by far Kevin (now WEBULA) has been making the biggest strides for us.
The competition in the crypto space is seriously tough to breakthrough, which is why most of the digital marketing companies we've hired showed little to no result. SEO was not our primary aquistion channel. We were focused on PR and running ads internally, it was very costly for the result it was showing.
For years, Luno has experienced an awful lot of sleezy freelancers and marketing agencies who didn't really know what they were doing. Dodging our emails, empty promises, ridiculous service fees etc.
In 2018, I met Kevin in BNI UK London. He was kind enough to give us a thorough consultation of what needs to happen in regards to our online side of the business. We signed a contract.
This is what happened in just the first month:
He has cleared every technical issues in our website. Created a mockup for a fresh design of our website, with a new logo. Five pieces of cryto-related content published, targetting more than 200 different keywords (now ranking at the top for most of them), and around 80 links built naturally. Things were happening at an incredibly fast pace. After a year of continuing such momentum, Kevin has pushed Luno to become one of the 'key players' in the cryto industry.
Besides from WEBULA's capabilities, their customer service is equally outstanding. We've maintained an excellent communication throughout our contract. They even cared to give us numerous consultations outside of the hours of our contract.
As someone who has worked with many digital marketing companies, I can personally vouch that WEBULA is an excellent, if not, the best SEO company in the world.

Kevin lead the most impeccable link building campaign for our team. Our DA has jumped x2 and we are taking first rankings on Google more than ever before.

We've been with WEBULA for over 5 years now even back when it was just Kevin. Now we've reached the peak in SEO. Even WEBULA recommended pausing our contract while we find a bigger office. In short, it's like having a super employee who manages an entire marketing department. Even costs less! We went from 6 to 30 employees in just five years we still don't need an internal department for marketing. I definitely recommend these guys to all businesses. We're in the beauty/medicine industry but I'm confident that they can handle almost any industry out there.

Cannot fault these guys. They changed Carreg for the better. much better now than ever before. But just one small point that I wanted to bring up is that they video call frequently. talking and progress update is great but sometimes we felt that the video chats were unnecessary when it could be just packed into one email?

Hey again! Firstly congrats on the rebranding, you guys are seriously acing this!
Speaking on behalf of my team, here's my experience with Webula.
We took on a few marketing agencies in the past both in the US and UK. They never really gave us that boost we've needed in terms of making sales and climbing the ranks locally. The results were always "unsurprising" and we've definitely not profited from them. Quite frankly, we lost faith in these agencies towards the end. And last year our digital design freelancer introduced us to Oli, who's now Webula. We booked for a video consulting session, and talked through what was happening and pointed out why we weren't getting much action from our online store, while all of our cafes remained super busy. We took them onboard with us soon after, right away, they cleared away a chunk of strange links that were clearly spams. They made sure that we understood exactly what will be happening and why. I was personally impressed at how they structured an entire half of the campaign and gave us a full comprehensive report in just the first week. That one report made us see the landscape of our online competion more clearly than ever before. They never failed, not once, to give us fresh report of the 1st of every month. There was a lot happening in the first two months but it was in our 4th month when we saw a drastic improvement to our search engine rankings. Our local ranking in London and Manchester had changed completely. We were actually placed on the first page for heavy keywords like "artisan coffee london" and over a hundred of other blog keywords. Our traffic went from 10-50 per month (used to be 100-200), to about 500-1000 per month. Our online conversion was finally starting to happen. Even one of our barista staffs had to help with processing some online orders. Now, almost a year after our work with Webula, our traffic kind of plateaued at 1000-1500 per month but our sales rate is somehow still going up very slightly. Since COVID, our numbers have managed to almost double. What's more impressive is that Webula did lots of tests with repeat customers and ran some sort of identical campaigns to attract customers whos most likely to become loyal customerd. And it worked VERY well. A good chunk of our online purchases were made with that same facebook ad campaign.
In terms of planning, execution, results, customer service and communication, we have had the best experience with working with Webula.

Since the day 1 of our video call with them, to the end of our contract, they've been nothing but helpful. Our studio is on a completely different level now.

Webula did such an incredible job with the retargetting campaign. At the time, we were most frustrated with the abandoned checkouts and the huge drop in sales conversion from viewpage to checkout. When we got in touch they pointed out the errors with our store landing page and reconstructed almost everything including some of the aesthetics of our site. All within our first 2mos. Saw visitor retention and conversion rate climb for almost a year until it peaked. We've definitely made some of the biggest strides since 2018 with Webula. We were in touch with Mitch mostly. Would very strongly recommend to any ecommerce or starting businesses.
