My experience at We Buy Any Car was easy and professional. Carter the branch manager that I delt with was thorough and courteous. I was dissappointed when the offer for my vehicle was 1/3 the value they offered in my online evaluation. I accepted the offer since I did not need the car, but if I really needed the money, I probably would have declined.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review about your appointment. We're thrilled Carter provided excellent customer service to you. We set out to make selling a car easy and transparent, but it sounds like we only delivered on half our promise. We're sorry to learn we couldn't meet your expectations on price. No one likes surprises, and hopefully it was communicated in detail as to why we arrived at the valuation we did.
We take customer service seriously and a member of our leadership team is going to launch a full review of your appointment. If we didn't communicate properly or somehow dropped the ball, we want to make that right.
We take detailed notes, photos and videos of every appraisal we complete. A quick review shows our Branch Manager, Carter, identified some issues with the vehicle we were previously unaware of prior to the appointment. Most important was the engine code P0300 which references random cylinder misfires. A P0300 code can be caused by a number of things, including: Fuel system issues, Ignition system issues and Mechanical issues. When we identified upper engine noise as well, we unfortunately had to take these two discoveries into consideration when making our offer.
