Easy Transaction Great

Great experience with this company
Great experience with this company . They quoted me way higher online than in person is my only gripe about all these car companies . That being said i already had no expectation of the online number being correct but carvana does stick to the number they quote you online..ok after that though they showed up just 15 minutes late ( not bad ) and they offered me 200 more than carvana so i went with them . Nice fooks to dral with and git paid in 15 minutes . Honestly the smoothest transaction ive had in a long time . 5 stars

I was given bad information from your staff and when the guy csmoyo my house he really dropped my price , the only I took the money was because I was in a bind. He called my bank and asked for a pay off even though when I set everything up I had my bank fax a payoff as instructed by your staff. I would never recommend your company to anyone else

Tim Ray was first rate all the way. Friendly, chatty, kept me up to speed on every stage of the process. Truly first rate customer service. In and out in just over an hour with an offer within my admittedly lowered expectations, as the car is 15 years old. The Uber voucher was a nice touch.
