The staff was great and easy to work with. They gave a fair offer for my vehicle and the process was very smooth.

I used the web page to get a quote from the organization and made an appointment based on that quote. Since the page did not ask lots of detailed questions.I knew that my final price would be less than what was quoted.

Roshunda met me at the time i reserved and gave very excellent customer service. Asking enough questions to complete the transaction, demonstrating that my time is valuable.

She did not make a big deal about the condition of the vehicle but noted that needed repairs significantly effected the value of the car.

When we agreed to a price, she quickly completed the documentation and every thing was done within an hour.

The process was quick and easy. We showed up without an appointment, were able to get right in, and 30-40 minutes later we had a check and were walking out the door. Daphne was super nice, and did everything she could to get us the most for the car. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.
