I first went online to do a quote and…
I first went online to do a quote and it was super easy. I then called the location I wanted to go to and they recognized the number from online and got me a same-day appointment. Lou was very welcoming and made my grandmother and I feel comfortable while having a casual conversation. He gave us the quoted price after doing the inspection which we weren’t too satisfied with but Lou was patient and willing to advocate for us for a better offer. Fair, Honest, & Direct
The sales process from evaluation to the conclusion of an offer and completion of paperwork is very streamlined. In our case, I had to settle an estate and our rep took the time to verify title information with the bank and ensure we had everything in order to complete the sale on the day of our appointment. Other big name car buyers will not assist people who are settling an estate. I had called two of them with no satisfaction.
Our rep was personable, kind, understanding, and very thorough.
I felt the evaluation / appraisal was more than fair and everything was explained in detail. I appreciate the time that was provided to us to complete the sales process.
