I wish we could have gotten a little more out of the exchange but we got something and someone is taking the car away. The associate, Von, was polite, on time and straightforward about the car. It was quick and easy. The corporation needs to refine their AI calling robot--the call got screwed up to schedule a time to see the car and frankly, it should have self-identified it was an AI system off the bat. I was a little disturbed by the interaction but the human customer service was great.

Vonn provided a pleasant experience; came to me to assess/confirm my car's value per online offer. He showed up per his plan w/ me, called when en route to provide an update, and did what he said he would do during our appointment, conveniently set to my/our schedules. A little playing by his managers during negotiations, sad, but that's car sales.
