My experience was fine
My experience was fine. As with anything dealing with selling or buying a car, you have to do your research before going in, and because I had done that, I faired okay. The branch I went to is not optimal for elderly or senior citizens, because it had 20 steps to reach the top and I had to climb them a couple of times before we finished everything.

The real MVPs.
From the 1st call I got from Chris, he was on his Great customer service Ish! I mean he knows his stuff, was cool and polite. When there was a problem, he solved it quickly and kept us updated. He worked our deal outttt!!! Did his BIG One! Then when we ran into a lil snag, who happen to be there...His V.I.P. team. They came thru like The Avengers! This was an awesome experience and they really looked out for me and help me sell my 1st car with ease. Cut the check there and all in one day. Thank you guys soooo very much. Blessings!
