Great job!
I was so surprised… Mike did a great job with our car sale… He did a thorough inspection… Even told me some things I didn’t know about my own car… He did all the paperwork… Gave us a price we are happy with ..Even printed the check out in his car!… They are picking the car up in a couple of days… I love the fact that he came to my home and they are going to pick the car up from my home! Great experience
Initial online vehicle valuation was easy to use and accurate. Scheduling was easy. Once at the office, Tom was friendly and professional. A very thorough inspection and test drive was completed. The offer I received was more than I was expecting and we left with a check that day. Total time spent at the office was less than an hour and a half.

I left with very little money…
My online evaluation was $2900. I expected to lose some of that due to scratches and minor dents, but I left with $1200. It felt very bait-and-switch. That said, the manager was a great guy and this is no way reflects on him. However, I doubt I’ll use your company again.

It was pretty straightforward. The branch manager was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He was very meticulous in surmising dents and bumps to the vehicle, which I expected. The offer came in slightly lower than I expected but overall a very good experience.
