Reviewing the details of your vehicle, I do see that the car overheated and became inoperable when you came in to sell. As we were unable to start the car and verify its mechanical condition, you would be offered scrap money for the vehicle. We sell cars whole so we have to cover our costs of transporting the vehicle to a recycler.
As a non-running 20-year-old vehicle in poor physical shape, there is not much we can do for you on price. That said, it is as important to us as it is to you that you had a five-star customer service experience and were treated fairly by our team. Ms. Wilson thoroughly inspected the vehicle and provided me relevant information.Based on mutual discussions regarding such we reached an agreement on the sales price that I considered fair and reasonable.
