The customer service I received was outstanding. I did not have a reserved appointment but did not have to wait long to get a valuation on my used Subaru. Cliff was very attentive and explanatory of the process and provided itemized details on the condition of my car, very thorough indeed. He was able to give me an offer that was quite fair with the market value, besting the dealer and CarMax. Again, Cliff was very helpful in explaining all the paperwork and the sale process went very smoothly. Cliff’s friendly and genuine nature put me at ease.
