One hour with a Check in Hand
I was looking online and made an appointment for the same day. Took everything I was asked for with me.
Joe was very friendly and professional. He asked me a few questions, then he took lots of photos of my car, then we went for a short ride. Back to office for paperwork and I was out in about an hour with a check.

Happy Customer
UPDATED: Upon talking to both the inspector and his manager. I am happy with the outcome. I was quoted $4,000 on line. Minor scratches. The inspector said that the car had been in 4 accidents which is not correct. There was one minor fenderbender where I was stoped at a stop sign and the vehichle behind me had slowed down but bumped me. I just pulled my carfax report and there is only one showing, not the 4 that he claimed. Ended up only giving me $2,800.
